Inwink might be a bit tricky to get the hang of initially, but once you do, you see the huge possibilities it offers. It really saves time, boosts efficiency, improves performance, and helps grow the business. Many features help centralize event management. At first, it may be overwhelming for people not tech-savvy. With inwink, I mainly solve a centralization issue. It can do almost everything, with lots of automation to make it easier. I save time and run into far fewer problems than with other comparable tools.

The team always seeks user feedback to add features to the roadmap and improve the tool. Backend setup is somewhat complicated, especially for the Inwink Live feature. inwink is great for creating a unified and easy experience for the audience, centralizing communication with registrants/attendees, and pulling analytics to measure event impact.

I love how easy it is to use; it's very intuitive. The inwink site is well-designed, with clear and precise sections. The online help is very handy, covering all issues. The only downside is perhaps the delay when you want to publish changes. Also, it would be nice to send invitations directly through inwink. The main thing inwink solved for us is the quality. Other platforms have online events but often have connection issues and aren't as professional.

I can manage every aspect of an event from start to finish using the same tool (registration, emails, video sessions, badge printing...). In just one hour, I can set up an event with a custom look using pre-made templates. The support team is great. It might be tricky to adjust font sizes because changes affect the whole site. inwink saves us time in organizing our 300 yearly events, from small ones (50 people) to huge ones (66,000).

We appreciate the platform; it's adaptable to any event and we can build the event site easily on our own. The customer success team is very accessible. The downside is that inwink is complex and required a lot of time and training to use properly. The statistics aren't very user-friendly. It's not a CRM. Ticketing is straightforward. Inwink helped us go digital for our events in 2020 and 2021, giving our partners a better service and attendees a new experience. We'd recommend inwink, though it takes time to learn. Features we found useful: Business meeting, page customization, etc. It helps us improve UX for both partners and visitors.

The platform has grown alongside our needs, especially during COVID, with the team adding new features and the support and implementation folks working hard to ensure we used them fully. We'd like to see better reporting, maybe via PowerBI. Whether it's in-person, virtual, or hybrid, inwink has what it takes to make your event planning and execution a success. We needed a single tool to manage all in-person and virtual events smoothly; we've gone from using several solutions to just one integrated platform.

The platform's flexibility, combined with a robust CMS, makes it a great ally. The team is very attentive and quick to respond to help us get the most out of it. However, that flexibility also brings some complexity. I'd also prefer more built-in analytics for a better overview. With inwink, we can handle both our smaller events and our major annual one. Users just need one account and can use it all year round. Most recently, we used inwink to host our first successful hybrid event.

The level of customization on both the admin side and user-facing side is impressive, letting organizers craft their own back office and website. I can design the experience per audience type and capture rich data through custom fields and a true what-you-see-is-what-you-get interface. The built-in features like agenda management, partner workspace, business meetings, and matchmaking-based networking make life much easier. Customer support and success managers are quick and effective. Crucially, all features come with the license, and any enhancements or new tools are given to all clients at no extra cost. The platform keeps improving all the time. A minor drawback is that the paid registration module isn't as advanced as other parts, but it usually does what I need. I'd also love to see built-in charting or data visualization for reporting, not just Excel exports, but as long as I can get my data, I'm fine. Having the entire event process on one system, from sign-ups to tickets and broadcasting, and getting detailed user data, and being able to build a multi-event approach are huge wins.

inwink truly stands out as the all-in-one go-to platform for organizing events, covering digital, onsite, and hybrid formats. Almost anything is possible, and it's very straightforward. The platform also adapts quickly to what clients ask for. Not just for event marketing, it's now a full-fledged community engagement tool. The support service is excellent too. Give it a shot and you'll be won over. Naturally, nothing is flawless, but everything we need to run a big event with 6,000 attendees and over 350 sessions is here.

In theory, this tool is meant to take over from traditional scanners, maps, agendas, and contact lists. During an event, I used the mobile app to scan attendee badges at our booth. Unfortunately, several colleagues hit the same problem: the contact details we scanned were blank and showed as 'unknown'. The support team never managed to solve it. We ended up missing out on potential business leads. The platform was supposed to give our sales team the ability to easily grab contact info and follow up.
