With InEvent, I can create, schedule, and invite attendees to webinars. There are no technical issues, and it has all the features needed to create and schedule events. InEvent lets me plan and execute events smoothly. Online registration and ticketing save time because they're automated.

I think it's one of the most comprehensive software for managing events, whether they're in-person, virtual, or hybrid—all can be handled. Another key point is the user-friendly interface and the ability to customize the platform to match your company's branding and needs. Support from InEvent is amazing: knowledge base, emails, calls, and chat. In some cases, if you need specific customizations, you have to contact tech support. But that's not a big deal because the team is always ready to help in the best way. From the backend, you can manage in-person, hybrid, and virtual events easily and completely, all integrated with your CRM. On the customer side, the interface and user experience are simple and smooth.

As a virtual show builder, I can say InEvent provides the most extensive range of ready-to-use options and integrations available. Period. It's also my top recommendation if you're running multiple shows each year. Even if integrating your preferred CRM or marketing software isn't always essential, InEvent offers tremendous value without needing to dive into custom API work or big budgets. If they could offer more competitive pricing for smaller events, they'd definitely attract a larger base of loyal customers because more people could experience its benefits. InEvent is designed to suit events of any size, so I can confidently present it to clients during pre-sales calls. Their personal, email, and online support is the best in the industry. It saves me time when building events.

InEvent works well for various event types, including webinars and conferences. The Live Studio offers extensive customization to create a unique and interactive experience for viewers. The support is exceptional—there's comprehensive training and 24/7 live chat for help. However, integrating with apps like Salesforce can be tricky and requires coordination with the InEvent team. Pricing is on the higher end, so it might be considered an investment. InEvent solves the problem of having all webinar-related components in one platform, like registrants, automated emails, and the event itself. This makes information easier to access and organize, and streamlines webinar processes.

I like how this platform brings together all event management needs into one place. The ability to offer bundled solutions like hardware rentals and to collaborate with partners for event building is a highlight. No complaints at all! InEvent has everything covered to make event management easy. It solves key challenges by centralizing all processes on a single platform.

Since I'm relatively new to the platform, I've had to contact our Coordinator several times for help. Every time, the response has been quick, detailed, and professional. Having this kind of support readily available has helped me learn the system much faster. I do notice that there's a lot of setup required for each webinar, but since I'm still new, I expect I'll become more efficient as I go. InEvent makes all my reporting needs possible.

InEvent seems to have two distinct versions: one that's extremely flexible and allows for full white-labeling, and another that's very straightforward for small organizations to just plug and play. We were on a rushed schedule but were able to get everything set up thanks to the plug-and-play nature and the ability to adjust as we went. The customer service is outstanding—we're extremely pleased with our implementation team. There are a few areas that could be improved, but InEvent has already acknowledged those and made adjustments, especially when it comes to report generation. It's an all-in-one platform with year-round access.

InEvent is a highly complex and powerful product, which is great, but it also means there's a steep learning curve when you first start using it. Fortunately, they offer multiple layers of support that are easy to access, and the team is incredibly accommodating in helping users navigate the system. They're always proactive in suggesting ways to improve my processes and events, and they often catch small issues I never noticed. The software's complexity can be daunting, but that's the trade-off for a tool that does so much. My main gripe is that error messages sometimes lack detail or clarity. Usually the underlying issue is simple, but the messages don't give you enough info to diagnose or fix it yourself. We organize events of all sizes, both in-person and virtual, and it works perfectly for us because InEvent handles all these different use cases well.

What stands out most is the combination of robust functionality and fantastic customer service. The system is powerful, dependable, and at the forefront of technology, with regular updates and new features being introduced. This ongoing innovation ensures we're always prepared for our event demands. The support team, especially our project manager, is consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. They're available across different time zones and regions, plus there's 24/7 chat, which has been invaluable when we're up against tight deadlines or working after hours. All of this makes the whole experience smooth and reliable. We've been with InEvent for two and a half years and have no complaints. The platform helps us streamline and manage our events more efficiently by providing a dependable, feature-rich system that adapts to our changing needs. It cuts down on manual work, simplifies coordination, tracks attendees, and keeps everything centralized. The excellent support—particularly the quick response from our project manager, global coverage, and round-the-clock chat—means issues are resolved promptly, keeping our workflows moving without interruptions. Overall, it saves us time, reduces stress, and lets us concentrate on successful events rather than fixing tech problems.

One of the main reasons we chose InEvent is that it's a fully integrated system—everything is built as one cohesive product, rather than being pieced together from different acquisitions. It's a highly configurable, DIY-style tool. That means there's a significant learning curve compared to the vendors we've used before, which poses some challenges for our team, but it also gives us the freedom to customize everything to our needs. We expect the first year to involve a lot of learning and some trial and error. Our previous vendor stopped supporting their product, so we were forced to find a new solution. We needed something flexible enough to handle our more complex requirements, like controlling user access to specific session types.
