Working with code has its benefits, but iBoss has bridged that gap and proven to be a trusted source. I feel more confident whenever I engage with iBoss agents and engineers. It's like absorbing their discipline into my own work. That extends the platform's effectiveness into my domain. Thank you for that. The granular rules are somewhat challenging right now and we haven't touched them in our deployment yet. In the future, an account holder video tutorial would help us review advanced features at our own pace, and then we could graduate to engineer-assisted sessions. A deeper consultation after a certain phase of deployment and production could help refine further. As noted earlier, iBoss is the expert and can quickly spot trends and recommend best practices. I'd also recommend the on-prem gateway. We can block unwanted traffic and sites, and also see hidden traffic during sessions to enhance our blocking categories. We monitor for additional categories needing filtering and address them. We'll explore DLP features later, after tuning our current setup. What if iBoss had a learning feature like some antivirus solutions? For instance, it could observe our activities and suggest general settings. Microsoft 365 and Azure do some of this analysis on their backend, giving a score and helping set goals for maximum security.

We wish we could get more agent reporting by AD object for compliance about which devices have the product installed. Don't hesitate – buy licenses. This product does everything you need without the hassle. It provides complete business coverage with a cloud-native web security solution, and we haven't needed extra resources or staff to manage it.

iBoss's third-party integrations help close the gap compared to vendors that build native security features internally. However, we've faced frequent outages, missed service level agreements, and it's hard to get root cause analysis from support. We've been hoping to fully migrate off our Bluecoat hardware, but that hasn't happened yet.

The only good thing about iBoss is its reporting features, which are quite comprehensive. But the service needs dedicated hardware and a costly annual license. It's slow, and making changes requires users to log out and back in for the changes to take effect. We've since stopped using it. Compared to alternatives like GoGuardian and Securly, it's outdated.

The zero trust network and cloud security reporting dashboard are excellent. However, there is no task progress during upgrades, and secure web access for remote users is provided.
