Haiilo

Technical support is professional and always available. We opened many tickets last year; most got resolved. Desktop version is easy to use; pages, communities, events structure makes sense. Forms are fantastic and our most used feature. The studio is handy for targeting specific groups and has improved. However, we couldn't use an expensive add-on for months, spending many hours to identify the problem, eroding trust. Haiilo claims to develop with customer wishes, but if your needs differ from the majority, you're ignored. Features we regularly used were removed for new developments that didn't help us. Example: customizable mobile homepages replaced by mobile dashboard. Why not let customers choose? The desktop is customizable and clear, but the app is becoming illogical; even our IT team struggles to navigate. We bought M365 integration but barely used it because Teams integration didn't work well, and SharePoint docs were easier to find via Microsoft. Before Haiilo, getting feedback from storefront employees was difficult; now we have two-way communication. Updates from administration work better as blog posts via Haiilo, potentially reaching every employee, not just one desktop per store.

Very intuitive. User roles are easy to manage. Haiilo's startup takes too long, for some reason. We can't reach all employees yet, but that's due to our structure.

Haiilo's frontend looks like Studi-VZ or Facebook, easing use for those familiar. The profile feature is nice and clean. However, the design feels outdated. There's a dedicated messenger but no external integration. You can't customize email notifications individually. The mobile app could be clearer. Media integration is terrible: no photo galleries for events like Christmas party, which is not modern. Image galleries are a requested feature, noted in the product log, but that's it.

They revamped the reporting structure. Earlier, reports with filters were easier; after the update, you can't get specific data. Reach varies wildly from month to month (6M to 800k to 9M) with similar shares and post counts. No logic behind the variation. Need transparency in calculating reach, earned media, etc. Make data download easy. I used to struggle with video posts, but that's resolved; now I can use videos from social media in Haiilo too. Very helpful.

I really value Haiilo's intuitive design and customer support. The rights and roles system is well-structured for many scenarios. Initial setup was very easy; once framework was done, migration and content creation were simple. Image and especially video integration on the timeline needs improvement; videos appear as files, not previews. Haiilo connects all employees, fosters active communication, and simplifies finding info and experts.

Very clear. Corporate communication across all channels. Great support. Easy administration. Limited creative options. I'd like better media integration (videos, audio). We aim to unify all employees on one platform for easier communication and added value. Overview of news, events, upcoming items. Haiilo also works well as file storage for templates and documents.

I really like how simple and clear administration is. Rights assignment works reliably. The platform offers many flexible content options. Employees can easily contribute content, which is valuable. Customer support is excellent, and the roadmap and client community keep you updated. Plus, it's fun to use. Negatives: Many features are license-based. In larger firms, even small new functions quickly add costs, requiring careful decisions. We replaced a complex, outdated system with no interaction. Training was hard. Haiilo is much easier, enables interaction, and works well on mobile. We'll also use digital signage for more versatile internal comms.

Simple to use, nice user interface, encouraging others to adopt. Customer service response time wasn't great, though I rarely needed it. Helps drive company success, increases content impressions, boosts content and social performance.

The tool is usable and intuitive, reminiscent of social media. However, it has strict display rules, little flexibility for customizing articles, static pages, events. Copy-paste often fails; translation doesn't work after pasting formatted text. Photos must be uploaded thrice for different aspect ratios. Implementation was largely self-driven; support is only via tickets, no phone. Login to community and service area has failed multiple times, with little help from Haiilo. Helps non-desk workers stay informed about company happenings.

We employ Haiilo not internally, but to create a community with our external clients and partners, serving as a communication and info platform with outside parties on campus. Positives: - Very intuitive and self-explanatory use, akin to social media - Detailed permissions and roles setup, crucial for external use - Quick content creation via modular system - Covers main functions plus extras like polls - Excellent customer support - Great for boosting platform engagement, e.g., digital advent calendar; thanks to Haiilo team for creative ideas and support. Negatives: - Must re-upload images for different formats and crops - Better value with larger licenses, tough for small firms - No auto-translate for all features. Haiilo is great for: - Delivering info fast, clearly, and attractively to specific audiences - Improving cross-industry communication by eliminating need to search for contacts - Building networks and easily connecting with people.
