I really like how customizable it is to fit our needs. We use Gnowbe for digital and blended learning, developing onboarding, leadership training, education, competency training, and measurement. There are so many options for interactive learning, solo reflection, and community engagement, which I truly appreciate. The data and insights from the dashboard are truly value-adding. If you have several workspaces and +30 programs, I find the admin side a bit tricky. It enables me to create learning that is actually engaging and relevant for users. It allows me to train and develop people and organizations in a way that triggers actual behavior change.

It's super-easy to use and lets me produce high-quality multimedia content and learner experiences quickly. It's a big productivity boost for creators and learners. My users find it engaging—10-15 times more than simple video learning. The micro-learning format is great for learning on the go (downloadable), social learning, and applying learning immediately to real-world situations. I appreciate being able to track whether learners have accessed material, how much they've read/viewed, how many exercises they've completed, etc. It's also great for events, where users can download PDFs of materials, photos, and notes. I particularly like using it with group presenters to save a ton of time between presentations (great when listening to 20-30 of them!). Sorry, can't think of any dislikes. If I have trouble, support responds quickly and shows me how to do what I want. Better learning and better use of my time! I put video minilectures in my Gnowbe programs so I don't have to repeat myself to each group. I can also keep learners engaged with quizzes, polls, and quotes. Automatic cert issuance is great (with autograded passing score) so I don't spend time marking and issuing certifications. Now my workshop participants learn info and practice skills on their own, and we use workshop time to apply learnings to real or practice situations. They get highly-effective in-the-moment insights and consultative guidance from me, not rehashed instructions.

It can track data for large groups on complex topics. There are many moving parts. For certain actions, more flexibility would be helpful (e.g., multiple choice could also accept open-ended answers). It helps our team track data for complex issues.

Gnowbe provides excellent training that goes beyond the software—their team genuinely helps you create impactful microlessons that drive real change. The interface is hard to use, making lesson creation frustrating. Many clients also struggle with usability. Additionally, white-label pages are unreliable and often fail, even during key sales demos. Gnowbe allows us to create tailored micro-lessons for vulnerable groups who might lack other learning opportunities.

A minor downside is that, like all mobile learning platforms, it's proprietary, making interoperability between learning platforms challenging. 1/ It enables organizations with a geographically dispersed workforce to empower staff to learn anytime, anywhere. 2/ Curators can quickly learn the platform, allowing new team members to become productive fast.

It's easy to create new content. With AI now, it can even speed up our development efforts. We can roll out short micro-learnings for onboarding or awareness-level training to learners. Administering enrollment and deployment of new content is easy for organizational or training provider users. Some of the dashboard's analytics data presentation could be improved further. Chinese language settings translation can be improved – some Chinese text doesn't reflect the real meaning of the original English labels. Gnowbe enables us to roll out microlearning or blended learning to meet our customers' training needs.

I find Gnowbe intuitive, purposeful, and with its new AI feature, a breeze to use. I think Gnowbe could include more pop-ups to help navigate its many useful features. Gnowbe is solving content creation at speed, large-scale engagement, and documentation. Benefits include improved productivity, freeing up consultants' time for more critical thinking tasks.

It's easy to use, with a reliable AI creator. The image suggestions are spot-on, and the ability to tweak and modify content is handy. The mobile interface doesn't adjust properly when typing. I've heard feedback from employees about this issue. The keyboard covers the content, and overall, using the storyboard and typing reflections isn't very dynamic. This works well for on-the-go learning for frontline retail staff who are on shifts and hard to gather in one place. It helps with productivity.

The thing I appreciate most about Gnowbe is how simple it is to make and access our existing programs and the ones we're working on. The templates and AI in the web platform make putting together study materials straightforward and easy. The web interface feels quick overall, and the programs are fast and simple to get into. Support has also been reliable and responsive. For the most part, I'd say the connectivity and updates for the live update feature sometimes don't work properly. That impacts our team's workflow and our employees' study activity. The first thing that comes to mind is how easy and practical it is to create and share training programs or technical skills study materials, matching our company's standard with most employees.

I'm a big fan of the microlearning setup. It's easy to work with the templates, which makes building a course fun. I also like how the method emphasizes repetition and keeps the teaching straightforward. The way it brings together different types of content like text, video, polls, images, and reflective activities is fantastic. Plus, the group function is crucial, especially for companies or schools that prefer collaborative learning over solo work. However, I find the dashboard tough to navigate, particularly when I'm in multiple groups. It's unclear where everything is, so I often have to hunt around and click through to locate what I need, which adds stress. Overall, as someone who curates content, I don't consider the platform very intuitive. The training works best in group settings, fitting busy people who can learn both alone and with others. The microlearning approach suits those with hectic schedules well. Also, the content delivery is tailored for areas with poor internet, making the platform accessible to more people.
