The HubSpot integration works brilliantly for us. I really appreciate the personalized support; every time I contact them, I get a human response quickly. They're incredibly prompt. I do wish the campaigns offered more flexibility in adding or removing items. We were looking for a simple automated gifting solution that managed warehousing, shipping, and address collection.

With staff spread across nearly 40 countries, the ability to customize gifts per country and provide pre-selected packages with shipping included was the main reason we picked Giftsenda. The only slightly tricky part was adding more recipients to an existing campaign. In short, it functions perfectly, and I'd certainly use it again. Right now, there's nothing that comes to mind as a downside. Giftsenda is straightforward to set up, offers excellent branded choices for small quantities, and provides rapid, helpful support without any hassle.
