It lets you create creative and interactive visualizations, is easy to use, and easy to integrate into websites or applications. However, it's quite expensive for a basic version. It allows me to display presentations on my website and make professional, creative presentations for work.

I love how easily editable it is. There are so many features. Our entire learning catalogue is on Genially. The resources are excellent, and you can easily create graphs, quizzes, etc. I haven't used the activity features yet since we rely on Learning360 for measurable reports. We use Genially daily to deliver independent learning and create new content for existing users in refresher training. The new voiceover AI feature is great but needs significant improvement – currently, we use Synthesia to import voiceovers into Genially. It makes the courses more interactive, preventing adult learners from just skipping through the content.

It's very easy to build e-learning courses with various tools, including voice recordings. I don't feel anything is not useful. I'd like more course content for teammates available in a shared drive.

It assists in developing interactive content for my students. The creation base takes too long, and I can't watch it properly. Creating content for my students is helping me make my teaching methods more engaging for them.

The interactive presentations are easy to put together. However, presentations can't be accessed offline unless you buy the premium version for each document. Without upgrading, you need an internet connection to view your presentations. Templates offer a straightforward way to create interactive presentations that are neat and well-organized.

I appreciate that Genially offers many interesting elements and is highly interactive. I can design dynamic activities, and it also has eye-catching visual features. It includes numerous templates and animations. There's an AI tool for text and image editing. I also teach embroidery classes and use this software for my presentations. The interface isn't as user-friendly as other software. Genially visually enhances my YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram videos by adding interactive and educational elements that grab attention quickly. I also use it in my online embroidery classes to make the content more understandable.

Moreover, I found the setup to be simple and quick, making it easier for our team to adopt. Horizontal reading of content isn't the most pedagogically effective. At times, it feels more like a presentation than learning material. I use Genially to craft educational content. It saves time with its many templates and user-friendly nature. This simplifies creating creative material and allows experts to make direct edits, making the review process more efficient.

There is absolutely nothing positive to mention. I'd be hard-pressed to find a single good thing. Stay far away from Genially – they employ dishonest tactics, refuse to issue refunds, and have a support team that is completely unreliable. From the very beginning, my experience was a disaster. Their sign-up process failed to process my email, so I was forced to use a different address just to register. That's not a small hiccup – it's a flawed product before you've even begun using it. Then the real trickery began. I tried to access a feature that was clearly advertised as requiring a paid upgrade. I clicked the button they provided, was redirected to their pricing page, purchased a subscription, and came back to find the feature still locked. Why? Because the page they intentionally sent me to didn't even offer the plan that would unlock that feature. This is not a simple misunderstanding – it's a deceptive business practice, pure and simple. I immediately asked for a refund and to cancel my subscription, having never used the product after discovering what had happened. What followed was over ten emails back and forth that led nowhere. Their AI-based support can't keep track of a conversation, so you have to repeat yourself repeatedly. And their human support? They hide behind a no-refund policy to dodge responsibility for their own misleading interface. I never used the product. I asked for a refund right away. There's no clearer refund case than that – yet they still refused and kept my $15. Cancellation was made deliberately confusing. They implied I had multiple accounts, gave me conflicting information about which account held a premium subscription, and made it nearly impossible to sort things out. This isn't incompetence – it's a deliberate tactic. There's a review on Trustpilot from someone who tried to cancel every month for two years and never succeeded. That's not a coincidence. Online, there are countless reviews documenting exactly this pattern – deceptive upgrade flows, refund refusals, and cancellation nightmares. These complaints go back to 2021. This isn't a company unaware of its issues; it's a company that has decided not to fix them. They've even flagged honest negative reviews as defamatory on review platforms to suppress them. When they respond to reviews like this, you'll see a polished non-answer about wanting to 'resolve your case fairly' – but they won't. They'll stall, deflect, and drag things out. I'm now filing a dispute with my bank and blocking this company from charging my card again. That's where it ends. Dealing with Genially is at your own extreme risk. Think about it once, twice, three times – and then don't do it. I wish I had read these reviews before giving them my payment information. Someone needs to hold this company accountable, and until that happens, the least I can do is warn others not to walk into this blindly. You've been warned. Absolutely nothing.
