It also provides clear visibility into who's coming in on any given day, aiding planning and improving office organization. There's little to criticize, but a few minor improvements could be made. Sometimes more customization would be helpful—especially for desk layouts or reporting—as teams grow and usage becomes more complex. Gable solves the challenge of managing desk space in a hybrid environment. With employees coming in on different days, knowing desk availability and who's present is tough. Gable offers a simple way for employees to reserve in advance, giving everyone a clear picture of office availability and preventing confusion or double bookings. It has greatly simplified hot desking at our London HQ and ensures efficient use of office space.

Gable offers our team great flexibility across multiple countries and departments. The user-friendly interface empowers employees to book autonomously, which has boosted productivity for many. We've also saved money by booking directly with co-working spaces we've used previously. Some partners have limited advance-booking options. Additionally, there's room to provide more onboarding support for new employees. Gable enables our teams to work outside standard offices while maintaining a professional and comfortable environment. Since I don't use it often, I want it to be quick and easy when I do. One thing that could improve is booking multiple desks at once. Sometimes when I select several, it shows them as already booked and grays them out without a clear confirmation, making me wonder if it went through. We have too many employees, so we stagger days and lack dedicated desks. Gable simplifies the process of reserving a desk and ensures I always have a spot, both in advance and for meeting rooms.

They've invested time in understanding our organization's needs. Having the on-demand feature, event support, and Gable HQ all in one dashboard makes it easy for our team to choose a workspace. Most importantly, Gable has been highly adaptable and a reliable partner over the years. I'm excited about what's ahead. We're looking forward to seeing AI integration on the platform. Gable has worked closely with us to grasp our workflows and has been agile in offering key recommendations that ensure our success.

As our office expands, the tool scales well and helps people feel supported with an interface that's easy from the start. The app is evolving quickly, and although I don't know our company's pricing tier, I'm pleased we chose Gable. The upcoming AI features will only enhance usability.

With numerous excellent offices spread across different areas in each city, finding the ideal workspace is always straightforward. Honestly, there's very little to criticize. If I were to pick one thing to enhance, it would be increasing the number of spaces available for immediate booking. The current requirement for host approval can slow things down, so having more instant-booking choices would make the process even more fluid. Gable eliminates the typical hurdles of remote work by significantly boosting my efficiency. Having access to a dedicated workspace outside my home provides the perfect setting to focus without household interruptions. What's more, it fosters better team collaboration—meeting colleagues face-to-face lets us tackle complex issues much quicker and more organically than a video call ever could.
