"Versatile Form Creation with an Intuitive Design"
I like that Formly is multi-featured and allows for creating many different types of forms. It's faster because you can do what you want with it, and the design is much closer to what I find acceptable. The logic and conditional jumps are really important, and I find these features are better than most form creators. One standout feature is how easy it is to get started with Formly. It's quite intuitive and perfect if you need to do something quickly or work faster. I wish it were properly natively integrated with more products. I don't really agree that it's fully integrated when you start using middleware like Zapier or n8n. That's integration, but not fully native. I use Formly because it can create forms I'm happy with quickly, thanks to its fast and intuitive setup, and it offers multi-featured solutions like logic and conditional jumps. The design aligns closely with my needs, saving me time on forms.

"Easy to Get Started, but AI-Generated Questions Need Improvement"
I find Formly really easy to use, quite similar to Typeform. Since I've been using Typeform for years, there was no learning curve with Formly. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus. I would love to have more control over font size. There were areas where I wanted to make text smaller or bigger, but I was restricted to preset font sizes based on whether they were questions or headers. I tried using the AI to generate the form, but the questions it created were terrible. Formly lets me filter job candidates based on skills and experience. It's similar to Typeform, so there was no learning curve, making it easy to use.
"Simple to Use—Created My First Survey Quickly"
It's very user-friendly! I just set up my first survey, and it only took a few minutes. So far, I haven't found anything to dislike. I needed a survey for my course, and this gives me the data I need to further develop that course.

"Simple and Cost-Effective Lead Generation with Formly's Custom Forms"
I like how easy Formly is to use. It doesn't take long to get familiar with the UI. It's very simple and affordable. I appreciate that it is fully white-labeled, allowing me to customize the branding extensively. It's highly customizable and much cheaper than alternatives like Typeform or Tally. The webhooks are a must-have and provide really useful functionality. However, Formly does not support custom CSS natively, making it harder and slower to change the look and feel of a form. Adding custom CSS would make things easier and faster. Initially, there was no webhook support, but that has been addressed. Immediate responses or AI implementation for form inputs would be beneficial. Formly is fully white labeled, enabling easy customization and branding, which my clients appreciate. It's easy to use, cost-effective, and provides essential webhooks for integrations, making it essential for my work with calculation forms.

"User-Friendly, Reliable Inspection Platform with Excellent Support"
Formly has been a great platform for managing inspections, audits, and safety processes. The form builder is intuitive and highly customizable, allowing us to create forms that meet our business needs without technical expertise. Features like conditional logic, mandatory photo capture, and automated workflows have improved the quality and consistency of the data we collect. The mobile app works reliably in the field, enabling our teams to complete inspections quickly. Reporting is clear and actionable, making it easier to identify trends, track corrective actions, and demonstrate compliance. Overall, the platform has significantly reduced paperwork and improved efficiency across our processes. What really sets Formly apart is the customer support. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in customer feedback and improvement. Formly is a well-designed, dependable solution that I would confidently recommend to any organization looking to streamline inspections, compliance, and operational reporting. I've been very happy with Formly overall. The main improvements I'd like to see are more advanced reporting and dashboard options, along with additional native integrations to reduce reliance on external automation tools. As with any highly configurable platform, there is a learning curve when building more complex forms, but the support team has been excellent whenever I've needed help. These are minor points and haven't stopped Formly from becoming an important part of our operations. Formly has helped us move away from paper-based inspections and inconsistent data collection by bringing everything into one digital platform. It has improved the quality and consistency of our inspections, increased accountability through automated workflows, reduced administrative effort, and given us clearer visibility into trends and corrective actions. Overall, this has led to more efficient processes, stronger compliance, and higher-quality reporting across the business.

"Formly Provides Attractive, Secure Forms with Strong Built-In Features"
What I like most about Formly are several things: the forms look much better than Google Forms, JotForm, and most others except Gravity Forms; once you know how to set them up properly, they work without needing plugins or extra SMTP plugins; and they have robust security to block spam. You can schedule meetings, accept payments, display videos and images, use conditional logic for grading and routing messages, verify email addresses, and use Google's reCaptcha. The ease of use is high after reading a few tutorials. Customer support is good, and the number of features is impressive. What I dislike is that there need to be more in-depth, step-by-step tutorials for setting up complex conditional logic routing. Formly has a lot of depth, so with more features come more needs for tutorials. Step-by-step YouTube videos would be ideal so I can see how a Formly developer actually sets up a feature. There are tutorials on their site, but I'd like to see more video walkthroughs for different case studies due to the nuance of using Formly. That would make it easier to use and reduce the learning curve. I'd also like to see them add 2FA to the account dashboard for those not using Gmail. I use Formly to create and maintain multiple contact forms for two sites; one is a moderately complex contact form focused on blocking spam, and I use another form for a free giveaway. I plan to create more forms for my sites in the future. Formly solves several problems for me as a mid-level developer: Previously, I used Divi's native contact form for WordPress sites, but those forms would occasionally not send, especially on cheaper shared hosting, and spam was impossible to prevent. After migrating to better hosting, the Divi form wouldn't work at all and required an additional SMTP plugin, which was still unreliable. So I switched to Google Forms, which looked unprofessional and had limited spam prevention. JotForm was too expensive and still unattractive. I tried Tally forms but didn't want to pay hundreds to remove their branding. When I discovered Formly, I jumped at the chance to try it and am glad I did. I'll likely use Formly in the future for surveys or quizzes once I tailor them to free giveaways or other interests.

"Professional Guided Forms with Sleek Slide Layout and Smart Conditions"
What I appreciate most about Formly is that it allows me to design forms that feel more like a guided experience rather than a simple survey. I use these forms within a coaching program, so how the form feels to the client is important. The slide-style layout, conditional logic, and neat design make the entire process feel more professional than Google Forms, while still being easy enough for me to manage. I also like that I can connect responses to Google Sheets and, depending on my plan, remove the Formly branding. The main drawback is that the form builder takes some time to learn, especially when I'm recreating forms from another tool and setting up conditional logic. I also found the default design quite basic, so it requires some customization to look truly polished. Overall, it's a solid tool, but I wish the onboarding experience and templates were a bit more polished. Formly helps me turn client forms into a more professional, guided experience. I use it inside a coaching program for onboarding, assessments, exercises, and follow-up forms. Compared to basic tools like Google Forms, Formly feels cleaner, more polished, and better suited for a paid client journey. The main benefit is being able to guide clients step by step with conditional logic, remove branding, and send responses to Google Sheets for review and automation. It saves me from building a custom system while giving clients a smoother experience.
"Excellent for Streamlining Client Onboarding with a Clean UI and Adaptable Processes"
I've been evaluating Formly/Getformly for onboarding and qualification workflows for coaches and consultants. The UI is very clean, and it's easy to build flows without needing any technical setup. It's particularly useful for improving lead management and client onboarding. I'm still in the early testing phase, but I've noticed that some onboarding and assessment flows can become a bit too lengthy if not carefully designed. In fields like coaching and lead generation, getting started quickly is crucial, so minimizing friction and clicks is important. Apart from that, the platform is highly flexible and user-friendly. Formly helps simplify and structure the conversion and onboarding process between lead capture and active clients. I've mainly been testing it for coaches, consultants, and service businesses that manually handle many leads, DMs, and client follow-ups. The key advantage is reducing friction in workflows such as qualification, onboarding, assessments, and follow-ups. Instead of using scattered forms and manual processes, it creates a cleaner and faster client journey, especially when dealing with multiple leads or clients simultaneously. I also like that it's flexible and simple to set up without requiring a complex technical stack.

"Simplifies Survey Building and Response Handling"
As a Dietician & Nutritionist running a homeopathy clinic and producing health education content, I use Formly for nutrition surveys, patient feedback, wellness assessments, and health questionnaires. The best part is that it keeps survey creation straightforward while still offering enough versatility for various projects. Getting started was hassle-free, and I could design surveys without a steep learning curve. The whole setup is intuitive and practical for daily use. I also appreciate the range of question types—multiple choice, rating scales, text entries, file uploads, and opinion-based ones—which let me gather diverse information depending on the survey. This flexibility is handy for creating nutrition assessments, wellness surveys, and educational feedback forms. The logic rules are another standout feature; they keep surveys organized by displaying relevant questions based on previous answers. Customization options help make surveys look more professional and easier for respondents to complete. I frequently use survey sharing, response collection, tracking, and reporting. These tools enable me to gather feedback, review answers, and spot trends without manually sorting data. Having all these functions in one place streamlines the entire process. I also like that templates, survey organization, and response management are integrated, which helps when handling multiple surveys simultaneously and keeps everything tidy and accessible. Performance has been smooth during regular use—creating surveys, updating questions, collecting responses, and analyzing results feels fast and dependable. I use the platform regularly, and it fits seamlessly into my workflow for patient feedback, health awareness activities, nutrition assessments, and educational questionnaires. Overall, Formly strikes a nice balance between ease of use, helpful features, flexibility, survey management, and response tracking while keeping things simple and practical for everyday tasks. The customization options are sufficient for most survey needs. The only improvement I'd suggest is more layout and design choices for adjusting how questions and sections appear to participants. When designing surveys for different audiences, I sometimes spend extra time experimenting with layouts to achieve the desired look. It's not a major problem, but additional customization flexibility would make survey creation even smoother. It helps me collect feedback and information in a more organized manner. I use it for nutrition surveys, patient feedback forms, wellness assessments, and health education questionnaires. Having survey creation, response collection, and results in one place simplifies management. It also helps me understand participant needs and review responses without spending extra time manually organizing data. This saves time and makes it easier to use feedback when planning future guidance, wellness programs, and educational content. I also find it helpful for tracking response patterns and identifying common areas where participants may need more support or information. Having responses organized in one location makes surveys easier to review and helps me make better decisions based on collected feedback. Overall, it keeps survey management simple, structured, and more efficient for daily work.
"Quick and Easy Form Builder with a Clean Interface"
The interface is very tidy and straightforward, making it simple to navigate even for beginners. You can put together professional-looking forms rapidly and have them ready for use in your campaigns. The templates give you a solid starting point, which streamlines lead generation considerably. I haven't encountered any significant issues yet. While I'm still discovering everything it offers, it seems more than enough for standard needs. For extremely specialized, large-scale enterprise adjustments, you might hit limitations eventually, but for everyday tasks, it delivers on its promises. It removes the technical hassle of form creation. Instead of worrying about building and designing a form from scratch, I can concentrate on collecting leads and improving my processes. It cuts down on time and effort significantly.
