However, attendees have encountered firewall issues, and there could be better notifications for speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors when someone wants to talk to them. Overall, it's a great platform that makes networking accessible and straightforward.

It was easy to set up the online platform, and I noticed improvements since my last use. Attendees received better login instructions, and most emails went straight to their inbox rather than spam. One downside is that if there are multiple speakers and a moderator, they all need to be on stage at all times. I wish there was a feature like the admin one where you can listen in without appearing on stage. There were no other issues to resolve.

Setting up the event was manageable; it took time to configure everything, but the platform is user-friendly. The company's support before and during the event was excellent—they were always available for questions and help. While core functions worked flawlessly, some features need refinement. For example, we had to manually register users because we used our own registration system. Also, automated emails from FLOOR occasionally didn't arrive or ended up in spam. This might be due to our email server, but it indicates FLOOR sends bulk emails aggressively. Despite that, our virtual conference was a huge success, and attendees praised FLOOR's ease of use.

The platform's features and easy setup let us create professional-looking virtual meetings with minimal effort. Customer support has consistently been friendly and helpful. However, time zone differences can sometimes be problematic when we need immediate assistance. There should be clearer communication about deadlines and time constraints to prevent last-minute stress. But overall, hybrid meetings have become much simpler.

There are occasional glitches, but each update gets better and more reliable. The team behind it takes feedback seriously and implements improvements. I highly recommend FLOOR, but be prepared to invest time in setup and customization. Support is decent, but you'll need to handle some aspects yourself to get it just right. Also, keep in mind the platform doesn't run your event entirely for you; you still need to plan thoroughly just like for an in-person event. Thanks to it, we successfully hosted our annual conference, the top event for Supply Chain Professionals in Africa, in both 2020 and 2021 despite the pandemic. It provided an effective platform for our event, which turned out to be a big success.

However, messaging individual contacts sourced from the platform can become tedious. There's no way to create message templates, so you either broadcast one message to everyone or draft each message individually. We aimed to attract new international delegates to our Congress, and the platform successfully connected us with people genuinely interested in our sector.

It's straightforward to distribute badges to all attendees at once. At this point, I can't say much else. There's room for more work. It helps in generating leads.
