There is now an AI Genie that answers questions. FlashInfo has improved call connectivity, and results are much better. It consolidates many software tools into one. The autodialer lets us reach more prospects with the same connection rate, leading to more meaningful meetings. AI automates workflows like sending emails, LinkedIn connection requests, likes, and follows. Bounce rates are low because emails are verified. It tracks how many calls have been made so I can plan my day. Also, the new feature allowing managers or others to listen in on calls for training or coaching is a plus.

It helps us make more calls per day with its parallel dialer—each rep can make over 300 calls daily. We previously had a high bounce rate, but FlashRev helps reduce that with its email validator and warmup features.

What I like most about FlashRev is that it has an easy log-in and get-to-work interface. FlashRev covers everything and there's nothing to dislike. FlashInfo helps me manage my team much better than before. I can listen to calls, get AI-generated insights about what happened on the call, and receive recommendations for next steps. I can also monitor calls live. I get insights into the number of calls made with the dialer and can see the omnichannel progress of each rep. The team is pleased with the leads being generated now. Automation allows them to do more and free up time for other tasks.

I appreciate the various intent-based features that make it easy to build an ideal customer profile list. We use a homegrown CRM that can't integrate with FlashRev, which is a requested feature. Before, I had to search the web and use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find data. With FlashRev, I can create a list based on intent and other criteria like location and job title. Once the list is created, the parallel dialer enables up to 10X concurrent calls and provides AI-generated information about the prospect when the call is answered.

The AI Parallel Dialer is a step above anything else I've seen. It's incredibly fast and intelligent, integrated to work across multiple channels simultaneously. I now get 3x more leads each day. There is some delay in syncing call notes to my CRM. Previously, there was no way to increase outbound calls without hiring more people. Occasionally, the data used for sales intelligence is outdated or inaccurate. They give efficient lead solutions where all prospects are verified. We can see buyer actions on our sites or business, providing an accurate market view. Integration with CRM systems helps our team manage relationships effectively. We discover market opportunities with the app, and signal identification is quick.

The intent search initially seemed promising but turned out to be useless due to bugs, including trouble selecting email languages, which wasted significant time. The platform frequently crashed, especially the LinkedIn add-on, which was very unreliable and essentially non-functional. The email warm-up feature caused domains to be killed by bounce rates. The payment system was dishonest; even after requesting cancellation for three weeks, it still tried to withdraw money. Invoices were not generated automatically, requiring multiple contacts with support to get them. The initial setup was disastrous. Overall, FlashIntel creates more issues than it resolves, with crashes, ineffective LinkedIn features, and faulty email warm-up that generate bounces. It doesn't solve our problems; it creates them.

There is nothing positive to say. This is the worst tool we have ever used for LinkedIn and email outreach. We stuck with it for a few months, but it turned out to be the most disappointing product we have tried. Adding LinkedIn accounts caused endless problems, and the LinkedIn add-on was incredibly unreliable—it would frequently fail to load or work properly, making it practically useless. The email warm-up feature also did a lot of harm. Instead of improving sender reputation, it led to high bounce rates that damaged and, within three months, completely destroyed all our domains. On top of all that, communication and support were dreadful. Our issues were often ignored, and when we did get a reply, it took days or even weeks for anything to be fixed. No one cared.
