ExpoPass has been the perfect addition to take our conferences to the next level. Attendees are always impressed with how simple it is to check in, verify their details, and print their badge on-site. It's also incredibly helpful from an administrative perspective. The ExpoPass team assists with everything from badge design to importing attendee lists and shipping the equipment (with return labels) directly to the venue. I highly recommend ExpoPass. It's a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it! ExpoPass allows us to print badges on-site, avoiding over-printing before the event and making reprints easy if someone loses or damages their badge. It also lets us see who hasn't checked in yet and track our check-in percentages.

Expo Pass is perfect for smaller events. We can choose which solutions we need to match our budget and requirements. It's very user-friendly and has significantly improved our check-in process. I'd love to see a more robust app that we could customize for our specific event, including gamification and other unique features. A fully integrated app would elevate the overall user experience. Check-in times have dropped dramatically, eliminating the bottlenecks we used to face. Attendees can catch errors before printing, reducing the need for reprints.

This is my second year using Expo Pass, and their customer service is exceptional. They guided me through the entire process and are very quick to answer any questions. The only downside is the cost, but given the time savings for both paid staff and volunteers compared to creating badges in-house (especially for those who might not show up), it's worth it. It lets our team focus on customer service rather than administrative tasks.

But that's hardly worth complaining about. ExpoPass is dependable, and they now handle most, if not all, of their operations in-house. In the past, we've had issues with other companies regarding customs and equipment delays, but since ExpoPass is based in the US and does their own printing, that's never a problem!

Plus, it saves me from having to pack and transport equipment to the venue, which is a huge relief.
