There are many ways I could express my fondness for Exclaimer, but the key point is that as long as it's connected to your Microsoft 365 account and Active Directory, once set up, it handles everything on its own. For instance, when an employee updates their job title or phone number, that change automatically reflects in their email signature. Honestly, that's precisely the kind of functionality I'd expect from software after a long day. The previews are frustrating; what you see in the editor doesn't always match what appears in an actual email, so you may need to apply it and send a test to yourself before confirming. This takes longer than necessary. Navigating the admin area can be disorienting when you only visit once a month or so. I always seem to have to find the same things again, since I don't use it enough to remember where everything is. Before Exclaimer, we had completely different signatures across the board—old logos, incorrect phone numbers, some with no signature at all—it was chaotic and looked terrible in external emails. Exclaimer centralized everything, allowing one person to make changes that automatically roll out to everyone else without needing to track them down.

I appreciate the Exclaimer platform for its drag-and-drop designer, which offers a great user experience and lets us build professional brand templates without any coding. Its smooth integration with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory is a major advantage, as it automatically populates and updates user details like job titles and phone numbers without needing IT help. The platform also performs exceptionally well through server-side deployment on Azure, ensuring the correct signature is added to every message, even from smartphones. Additionally, the marketing features provide a clear return on investment by enabling our marketing team to insert trackable rotating promotional banners into daily emails, effectively turning routine correspondence into a lead generation channel. Support and onboarding were smooth, with initial setup taking under an hour, and comprehensive documentation made deployment frictionless. Managing signatures for our 50 employees is easy and automatic with Exclaimer, cutting errors and saving time. The system could benefit from more advanced conditional logic in the template designer. Currently, to show or hide specific fields based on Active Directory attributes, we often have to create and maintain separate templates rather than simply toggling attributes. Exclaimer solves the problem of inconsistent email footers and automates contact detail updates. I find the integration with Microsoft 365 seamless, making data updates automatic, and it simplifies managing email signatures for all 50 employees, saving time and reducing errors.

Prior to this, we had to bother employees every time they wanted a change. We set it up once, and it applies to all staff. Banner scheduling is also handy; you can set start and end dates for seasonal campaigns. When the season ends, it automatically reverts to the standard banner. In my experience, the backend seems designed by someone who enjoys browsing long lists. There's no visual way to see which banners are used where. Additionally, when assigning banners and discovering some users didn't get the right one, you have to search the system again to find out why. Before this product, emails looked however each employee wanted. Now, every employee's email appears consistent (as configured), yet each individual can still customize their own settings independently. Beyond making signatures consistently presentable, this product lets us use email as a form of advertising.

I appreciate that I don't have to go to each computer to distribute an email signature to every employee. Changes like title or phone number are instant because they're pulled from Active Directory. It's very low-maintenance, and I'm pleased it performed flawlessly during our recent rebrand. The drag-and-drop editor can be frustrating when trying to align images and text boxes perfectly. Also, if you upload a standard photo as a headshot, it ends up looking huge and distorted unless you reduce the original file size first. This also means marketing can run banner campaigns without having to submit ticket requests for emails.

Exclaimer Cloud has proven to be an indispensable tool for managing automated email signatures across our organization. It has greatly streamlined the onboarding process by removing the need to manually configure email signatures for each new user, leading to better efficiency and consistency. Overall, it's a reliable, easy-to-use platform that offers great value and comes highly recommended. I do wish the platform allowed for at least two owners to reduce the frequency of contacting customer support. In our workplace, people resign often, and when the sole owner leaves, it can lead to access disruptions and negatively impact the overall experience. Email signature management eliminates the need for manual signature setup for large numbers of users, saving time and effort, and making daily work more convenient since it's tied to our Microsoft service.

The primary downsides are occasional synchronization delays between user directories and Exclaimer's servers, and the varying image sizing across email clients if you don't manually constrain pixel dimensions. Advanced routing rules (like properly handling aliases) can also be slightly confusing to set up initially. Problems Addressed: Inconsistent branding, outdated contact info, manual signature setup across multiple devices, and a lack of centralized control over corporate email disclosures. How It Helps Me: It fully automates signature deployment. We configure rules and templates once, and Exclaimer handles the rest—pulling real-time employee data from our directory so signatures are always accurate, properly formatted, and compliant.

The drag-and-drop signature builder has been quite effective. No more going from desk to desk to fix font problems. It also integrates with Microsoft 365. Glad it rarely crashes, making things easier for me. Also, I've been lounging on the couch after work, so I'm doing this quickly on my laptop because I'm dozing off. Sometimes, it takes several hours for new signatures to appear for everyone after I click save. The Outlook add-in occasionally freezes or spins; then customers call and complain to me about it. Support is located in a time zone that makes responses slow. I'm too exhausted to deal with sluggish tech support. Plus, the Virtual Business Card template options were quite limited. It stops people from generating poor-quality email signatures. I just include the company logo and contact info in the signature for all employees through my account. We also add event banners at the bottom. No training required for anyone.

It saves administrative and IT time through centralization, reduces the risk of missing legal disclaimers or non-compliance, and ensures employee contact details remain accurate and current. It also opens up additional avenues to promote products, services, events, or company news through regular emails.

Their design team creates your signature for you, then you're free to modify their design or craft your own. The drag-and-drop interface is straightforward yet highly capable. The rules accommodate every conceivable scenario, allowing different signatures for various users or groups. You can sense Exclaimer's experience—they've anticipated all needs. Support has been excellent, and onboarding was straightforward. It integrates with Microsoft 365, which was our primary requirement. Changes happen quickly, almost instantly. Pricing is very reasonable for what you get. Locating the specific field you need can be a bit challenging. I had trouble with, interestingly, including users' middle initials. Eventually I figured it out, but it wasn't as intuitive as expected. Now, we have consistent branding through Exclaimer's policy-enforced Outlook signatures. It works across Outlook on the web, desktop clients, and mobile (Android/iOS). It looks professional and helps deliver a uniform message both internally and externally.

From the moment you sign in, the platform is easy to navigate, and even those without technical expertise can use it without much difficulty. A key benefit is how swiftly modifications are implemented. Whether we're changing a company-wide banner, tweaking a signature layout, or prepping updates before a campaign, adjustments are rolled out quickly and dependably to everyone, with no lag or syncing problems. The signature editor is particularly noteworthy. It's designed to be user-friendly, using a clean drag-and-drop interface that allows for creating polished, brand-consistent signatures without any design or coding knowledge. Adding logos, social icons, banners, or legal text takes just a few clicks, and the instant preview ensures you see the final look before going live. One area we'd like to see improved is more sophisticated conditional logic for signature fields—specifically, the capability to show or hide elements based on dynamic Active Directory attributes. For instance, automatically displaying or concealing a field based on department, location, job title, or a custom AD property would simplify managing complex, multi-department signature rules without needing separate templates for each scenario. Currently, achieving that level of customization demands more manual template handling than we'd prefer, which adds administrative overhead as our organization expands. Exclaimer resolves the challenge of keeping uniform, professional, current email signatures throughout the company. Previously, we had to contact every staff member individually for any change—a new logo, rebrand, legal update, or marketing banner—which was slow and often resulted in inconsistencies, with different employees using varied versions of the signature.
