The platform allowed us to seamlessly integrate all aspects of our live event into a virtual experience. From agenda setup to delegate networking and sponsorship pages, everything translated well into the virtual space. We could also personalize the platform to maintain our strong branding, so delegates still felt part of the Festival they know and love. The delegate networking was the least transferable to virtual, but I think that's a challenge across all virtual platforms, not just Delegate Connect. To get the most out of the excellent support Delegate Connect offers at every stage of your event, we've learned that having a virtual platform significantly increased delegate access. We now have a wider international reach than ever before. Our accessibility efforts have improved, as we were able to offer live captioning and BSL interpreters across all sessions for the first time.

Delegate Connect was flexible, helpful, and adaptable. We received outstanding service from our account coordinators throughout the process. Communication was clear, questions were answered promptly, and solutions were provided. I honestly can't think of anything to improve—all our needs were met. Now that we've used Delegate Connect, we won't consider other products. We were very impressed with the service and communication. Delegate Connect offered solutions to engage our online audience with various levels of disability. The staff guided us through any issues, and if we couldn't resolve them, they did it for us.

Joyn provides a platform with excellent features that can handle any type of event. Their team and on-site production services ensure every interaction is a great experience. The platform would be even better if it integrated with eTechSuite. They deliver seamless and engaging virtual and hybrid events for all stakeholders.

I use Delegate Connect for both conferences and webinars—they excel at both! The platforms are incredibly user-friendly for attendees and organizers alike. The DC team goes above and beyond to provide excellent service and find solutions for your clients. Every interaction with DC is fantastic—from sales to project managers to the crew who join you on the day! After using DC for a while, the only thing we're waiting on is a congress app for hybrid events (rather than using the same virtual platform). DC has provided an excellent platform for 365 online libraries for some of our Asia-Pacific clients—it's great to use the same platform for webinars, congress, and on-demand content!

The virtual room operators on the day help keep our speakers calm and prepared. As with any tech platform, there's room for growth, but DC listens to our needs and continuously improves. Online networking and sponsor interaction remain our biggest hurdle. DC has features for this, but getting delegates to participate more is the challenge. They could also make agenda setup more customizable. If you plan to handle backend setup internally, start early to understand the system. Going virtual has made our conference accessible to a broader audience. It also lets us bring in a "world of speakers" we couldn't afford to fly in otherwise. With options for live participation and pre-recorded sessions, we have much more flexibility, and our delegates love it!

The customer service was outstanding. The platform was straightforward to use. The team covered every aspect of a virtual event to help us plan. Nothing was lacking—it was a flawless experience and worth the investment. Our previous virtual conventions had issues, but the team's dedication to our speakers, audience, and planning committee alleviated any concerns we had about hosting another virtual conference.

Not every feature can be customized; for instance, we wanted to set a lower cap on networking room capacity than Delegate Connect's default. That wasn't possible, but they suggested alternative solutions. I would have appreciated a more upfront explanation of the preparation work we needed to do. We were directed to online resources and knowledge articles, but having the team explain these tasks initially would have been better. They took our feedback positively. Don't hesitate to bring up specific challenges to the Delegate Connect team—they respond thoughtfully to your organization's needs. I appreciated the platform's customizability and branding options, and Delegate Connect offers multiple ways for attendees to connect and engage. It's a full-service online event, content, and connecting platform. We could hold registration and manage pre/during/post event activities on the site. We didn't have to build the platform or handle technical production ourselves, and we weren't navigating it alone. The team had solutions for nearly everything and were almost always available within 24 hours. I was highly impressed with their response time, positive attitude, and creative technical solutions. It was a truly full-service delivery.

The standout feature was the team. The Joyn account managers were exceptionally professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They never made anything seem like a hassle, which made planning and running the event much easier. We did find the breakout room functionality a bit awkward. I think there's room for Joyn to enhance the user experience so you can easily see and hear everyone in those rooms. Joyn crafted a tailored solution for our online event, giving a personal touch for the remote teams.

The concierge support really stood out for our small team. With so many moving pieces in a hybrid event, having the Joyn crew handle the platform setup and management allowed us to concentrate on our on-site execution and marketing. There were some redundant elements for our specific event, like having both sessions and talks within them. We could easily adjust that, but it might have puzzled our attendees if both were active. Having everything for one or multiple events in a single, easy-to-navigate place for both attendees and organizers—like the schedule, on-demand recordings, and upcoming ticket sales—was great. Our previous platform (EventsAIR) required too many modules and sections to get a single event running; this felt far more straightforward.
