The platform offers flexibility to create custom event websites and registration pages using easy-to-use page and form builders. However, there's a lack of custom DIY reporting and hotel/housing management. The ability to quickly build new event pages using templates or cloning past events is a time-saver for our team.

The interface is user-friendly and easy to pick up. Invitations and landing pages are clean and look great on both desktop and mobile. Our customers also found it easy to use. One issue we encountered with waitlisted events was not being able to choose who to admit from the waitlist—the first person was automatically let in when a spot opened. Attendease simplifies managing our small-scale customer events like dinners, receptions, and sporting events. They also have solutions for more complex multi-day events, though not perfect, but we managed to use them successfully.

I found the support and documentation robust and easy to understand. The speaker and session builder are user-friendly and create effective pages. Registration is straightforward for users, and the page builder is reasonably equipped. However, simple features like duplicating sessions or email blasts are missing. Many processes, such as creating a time slot and linking sessions, aren't intuitive. Email templates are severely limited. Creating multiple sessions at the same time/date is not straightforward. Overall, the platform isn't intuitive, but once you learn its quirks, it functions. It centralizes event production—registration, messaging, streaming, communication, and archiving all in one place.

The interface is intuitive, and the support team is responsive and involved. It's purpose-built for events, management, and ticket sales. The platform shines when using templates and offers numerous tools for events of any size or duration. One downside: we can't duplicate pricing structures across events, so we have to manually input them each time. I'm aware the Attendease team is continuously developing features to address such challenges. This platform has cut our costs by at least 30% and boosted our marketing and team efficiency by 10 times for events, management, marketing, and especially ticket sales including presales.

The calendar is the most valuable asset for our university—having all events in one place where users can log in and RSVP is revolutionary. However, the platform isn't very intuitive; despite being tech-savvy, I find some setup areas illogical. For instance, I can't delete events if I make a mistake or an event is canceled. I also wish there was an automatic calendar sync with Outlook. Reporting could be more efficient; to view participant info for a specific period, I have to download each event's list individually. It's best to have someone dedicated to event creation; once you learn the system, it becomes easier to navigate. In summary, the centralized event listing with login and RSVP capability is a game-changer.

The platform allows unlimited attendees, offers a clean landing page and registration form, and lets people sign up for multiple sessions concurrently. It works equally well for online and in-person events. Importing registrants via CSV is straightforward, and setting up payment options is simple. Customer support is responsive and open to feedback, leading to significant improvements in landing page functionality. However, email confirmations are limited—only minor tweaks have been made, and there's room for more flexibility and creativity in email designs for confirmations, reminders, and invites. This is a major area for improvement. Attendease serves as our hub for both webinars and in-person event registration, keeping everything organized and providing space for landing pages.

Attendease eliminates my manual conference programming, saving days and reducing human errors. I encountered some syncing issues that needed workarounds, but overall it's been a game-changer. The drag-and-drop interface lets me schedule my entire agenda while checking for conflicts based on custom metadata like speakers and venue constraints. Since adopting it, I haven't faced the show-stopping mistakes typical of manual scheduling with disconnected systems. It gives me peace of mind and frees up valuable time for other aspects of event planning.

Having explored numerous event platforms, I find Attendease among the easiest for constructing event sites. Previously, only a couple of staff members could navigate the systems due to their complexity. It's also straightforward to switch between in-person, hybrid, or virtual formats as requirements evolve. Attendees appreciate the simplicity; unlike other platforms where even registration was a hurdle, here they can quickly sign up and access necessary content without friction. Our single annual fee covers unlimited events, from small gatherings of 20 to large conferences of 1,000, all managed from one central hub. The responsive support team is another strong point. While Attendease may not have every advanced feature, especially for in-person or hybrid events—such as on-site badge printing or walk-up registration—we manage by pre-printing and organizing badges ourselves. There's no batch printing option; we export the list, mail-merge into templates, proofread, and print. Complex ticketing rules can be tricky, though simple ones work fine. The lack of unique, one-time discount codes means we juggle multiple codes to prevent misuse. These are standard features in other platforms that would be nice to see here. We partnered with Attendease during the pandemic when it was a cost-effective way to pivot to virtual quickly. As we moved to hybrid and eventually back to in-person, the platform adapted seamlessly, proving its flexibility—exactly what organizations need today. It moves with us rather than holding us back.

This platform covers everything we need: web hosting, registration, resource sharing, and virtual session portals. We can customize it to reflect our brand effortlessly. Our attendees have become comfortable with the environment and no longer require assistance. The consistent experience is a plus. The Attendease support team is readily available and provides quick, effective troubleshooting. When not fully utilized, it might function merely as a gateway to a Zoom room, making it seem costly for what it offers. Additionally, familiarizing yourself with the backend can be challenging, so you need a dedicated team member to manage it. It serves as our all-in-one solution for hosting conferences. The shift to virtual during the pandemic drove us to transition all our events online, and Attendease has continued to add value, being used for both virtual and in-person gatherings.

We appreciate the wide range of demographics we can connect with for selling our venue events. The main drawback is that we'd prefer to attract a more dedicated crowd. The integration with TripleSeat works well and the tool is effective in generating results.
