The reports we can generate from registrations and surveys are excellent. The only downside is that tech support is only available via email—there's no phone number for emergencies. We don't currently have an issue. Allison from tech support mentioned adding LinkedIn as a sharing option when logging into an event. That's not something we urgently need, just a nice-to-have.

Also, there's no option to collect a deposit and then schedule the final payment—a big drawback since most other registration software has it. Additionally, you can't add attendee photos to badges.
