"Comprehensive and User-Friendly"
Setting up the basic event details, pricing, and communication emails is easy with Eventleaf, and formatting them is simple. Our attendees found the platform easy to use and navigate. The free tier is surprisingly comprehensive, and customer support was responsive, working with us within the limits of the free version. The biggest challenge we faced was the need for a registration site in multiple languages (a rare requirement, I know). They provided a workaround for registrations, but it made check-ins more time-consuming, and we had to generate and print lists. We were registering people from diverse cultural backgrounds with varying levels of computer literacy.
"Modern, Easy-to-Use Event Software with API and Mobile App"
I really appreciated having API access for our custom requirements, and the mobile app was great. Publishing events and duplicating them is straightforward. I also value Eventleaf's customer service—they answered all my questions promptly and thoughtfully. The flexible pricing plans are a plus. I don't have major complaints, but I have a future feature request: the ability to change fonts on the event page. We have members in our organization, and we needed a way to register them for in-person events throughout the year. We needed an event management solution that offered API access, handled registrations and payments, had a mobile app, and offered flexible pricing plans—Eventleaf met all these needs.
"A Feature-Rich Event Platform That's Easy to Use and Saves Time"
I was really glad to find so many features in Eventleaf, all of which are simple, intuitive, and user-friendly right from the start. The onboarding process is smooth and highly customizable—adding logos, images, and adjusting colors for text and banners was straightforward. The biggest time-saver was importing agenda items and contacts directly from Excel; it worked without a hitch. I also like that the platform has many useful features but doesn't feel cluttered, unlike some other tools. Another big plus is that sponsors and speakers can update their own profiles, so I don't have to chase them for updates—this is especially helpful during busy planning. I only started using Eventleaf a month before our event, which is a shame because it has so many features that would have saved me time and stress if I'd adopted it earlier. Tools like abstract collection, the review process, and payment tracking are extremely useful and would have made the whole process smoother. While my experience was mostly positive, there are a few areas for improvement. The language translation, especially in Czech, needs work—some phrases weren't accurate or natural. I also found the banner setup tricky. Even though I selected a specific part of my uploaded image, the final display looked different; the image was scaled and cropped unexpectedly. My suggestion is to provide clearer data import templates. The basic format is there, but the exact cell formatting (like date format) is crucial—for example, "16.6.2025" didn't work, but "6/16/2025" did, which I discovered through trial and error. Attendees can easily navigate the conference program, with all information in one place. If I need to notify them about important updates, I can send a message through the app instead of emailing everyone individually.
"Excellent Conference App and Website"
I was impressed with how intuitive and easy Eventleaf was to configure. Customization was a breeze, and the support team was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly understood the needs of our small nonprofit. The branding capability was very useful, and I loved the polling and survey functions. The only downside is that the app doesn't offer branding, and it doesn't sync with the website's branding. This tool enables us to run live Q&A sessions, polls, and surveys with our members during our conference. It provides a live platform for these interactions and lets us capture responses efficiently.
"A Powerful, Adaptable, and Budget-Friendly Event Management Tool"
Eventleaf is packed with features and highly flexible, allowing for fully customizable online forms and attendance tracking. The functionality is intuitive, and I was able to set up everything my event needed. The only downside is that the check-in app isn't available on the starter and basic plans. With Eventleaf, I created forms tailored to our requirements, including required/optional text fields, radio buttons, and checkboxes. The check-in app worked flawlessly, letting us track attendance across multiple sessions at our event.

"Event Registration Platform Review"
Eventleaf offers a professional and user-friendly platform for managing registrations for the conference I organize. Setting it up is fairly straightforward, and it includes many features that enhance usability. Since it's web-based, I can access it from anywhere at any time. The support team has been quick and helpful, resolving any issues I've run into. I did find the pricing plans a bit unclear, especially regarding how registrations are counted. I host an annual conference with 100 attendees and got the Starter pack, which includes 100 free registrations—that's great. However, if someone registers and later cancels, that still counts toward the limit, and it seems registrations from last year can count toward this year's total. That said, whenever I've reached out to Eventleaf about this, they've provided a satisfactory solution. Overall, it helps me present conference details professionally and manage participant registrations efficiently.

"A Huge Time Saver in My Workflow"
Previously, I managed RSVPs by emailing and then transferring data to a spreadsheet. Eventleaf has cut down the hours I spend on email replies and data entry dramatically. The reminder feature also saves me loads of time by automating follow-ups. I also appreciated the survey option—we needed a way to collect feedback about our events, and it worked perfectly. Our invitees have mentioned how easy and efficient they find it. Additionally, the ability to create different invitee categories and subcategories lets me gather all the information I need. The event page looks polished and professional. When I signed up, I was drawn to many features, especially the QR code check-in. We require all attendees to sign in, and doing that manually on paper is tedious. Unfortunately, that feature wasn't in the basic plan, and I needed to prove the platform's effectiveness before asking our board to pay for a subscription. In short, it's the data entry and email follow-ups that it saves me—hours and hours of work!

"Reliable Feature-Rich Platform That Runs Smoothly"
Eventleaf simplifies event management and removes the stress. The interface is straightforward, registration is hassle-free, and tools like email reminders and attendee tracking save considerable time. I particularly like how easy it is to organize both physical and virtual events on a single platform. There is a slight learning curve with some advanced settings, but the support documentation and fast help team responses make it manageable. Since we're organizing one of our first events and had no previous experience with event platforms, keeping tabs on invitations, sign-ups, and attendee details was daunting. Eventleaf eases this by consolidating everything—sending invites, tracking registrations, and communicating with guests—into one place. It removes the guesswork and helps us stay organized and confident as first-time hosts.

"Streamlined Badge Printing via the Check-In App"
We really like the feature that lets us print badges right from the check-in app, plus the option to have a linked website. One limitation is that printing to a mobile printer from a phone or iPad only works with specific printer models. At our events, we rely on the Check-In App to print badges on the spot, which means we don't have to pre-print them—this supports our eco-friendly approach. In the past, pre-printing caused long lines at registration. Now, the app also generates a dedicated website for each event, so we don't need to create a separate subdomain on our own site.

"An Ideal Starting Point for Event App Beginners"
As a nonprofit that organizes an annual conference, we used Eventleaf for the first time last year. The customer support was excellent, and the app and event management services were intuitive and simple to configure. It enabled our small, young nonprofit to launch a conference app without any complications and at a reasonable cost. We wish there were more branding options to personalize the app and site, though it's possible I haven't discovered how to do that yet. Aside from that, the website and app included all the features we required. We've encountered no issues. Whenever we've had questions or needed assistance, customer support was readily available and responsive to our needs.
