"User-Friendly with Some Drawbacks in Real-World Scheduling"
I appreciate that the app is very nice and the user experience flows well. It's modern, and support is very responsive. There's an education track option that doesn't make sense in the real world, especially for scheduling and assigning agendas. Pricing is a bit complex: you get a price for an event, but attendees can't access it for a certain period unless you pay more. The price has gone up $1000 in just 6 months. The registration process is cumbersome, and the features for uploading attendees and assigning classes are quite limited, leading to a lot of manual work. I find Eventify makes it easy to consolidate event information and assign individual schedules with its app's event guide feature.
"Eventify Simplifies Multi-Session Virtual Events with Clear Agendas"
We've used Eventify to organize virtual conferences and panel discussions. The platform handles multi-session events well, and the ability to structure agendas clearly makes it easier for attendees to follow along. Managing speakers and sessions from a single dashboard also simplifies coordination for our team. The interface works well overall, but there are areas where it could feel more modern and intuitive, especially when making last-minute changes to event schedules. Before Eventify, managing multi-session conferences required several tools, which made coordination more complex. Now everything is centralized, improving both efficiency and the attendee experience.
"Eventify Streamlines Hybrid Events with Seamless Registration and Engagement"
Eventify works well for hybrid events with both in-person and virtual attendees. Managing registrations, sessions, and engagement from one platform significantly simplifies the process. It also helps ensure both audiences have a consistent experience. Setting up larger hybrid events can take time, especially when configuring multiple sessions and attendee flows. It's manageable but requires upfront planning. Previously, we managed virtual and physical event components separately, which created extra work and inconsistencies. Eventify unified everything into one workflow, saving time and improving coordination across teams.

"Eventify Made Our Virtual Travel Showcases More Structured and Interactive"
We experimented with virtual travel experiences and destination showcases using Eventify. It handled registrations, attendee communication, and session organization very well, giving us a more structured way to present our offerings online. The engagement features also made sessions more interactive compared to basic video calls. Some features seem more geared toward corporate or conference-style events rather than experiential sessions like virtual tours. Having more flexibility in how events are presented visually would be beneficial. Before using Eventify, our virtual sessions were informal and harder to manage. The platform gave us a more organized structure, which improved the attendee experience and made our sessions feel more professional.
"Eventify Handled 600+ Attendee Webinars with Tiered Access and Robust Analytics"
We used Eventify for a series of virtual property investment webinars and a large mixed-use development launch with over 600 attendees. The registration system managed tiered access effectively, distinguishing general public from accredited investors, and automated reminders significantly cut no-shows. We also liked embedding external video tours via YouTube and Vimeo links within session pages. Post-event analytics provided clear insights into which properties attracted the most interest. Eventify is clearly designed for conferences and corporate events, not real estate. There's no native 360° virtual tour integration, no floor plan viewer, and no way to create interactive maps of a property development. We had to piece together workarounds using iframes and external links. Also, the mobile app experience was inconsistent—some Android users reported crashes when playing embedded videos. Finally, customizing the event landing page to resemble a real estate showcase, like gallery views and property cards, required CSS knowledge our team lacked. Before Eventify, we managed leads through scattered Google Sheets, sent calendar invites manually, and used separate webinar tools. Eventify centralized registration, communication, and lead tracking, saving our team about 8–10 hours per event. However, for highly visual or interactive property tours, we still supplement with other tools.
"Eventify Makes Medical Webinars Easy to Organize, Schedule, and Track"
We've been using Eventify to host medical webinars and training sessions for healthcare professionals. The platform simplifies organizing sessions, managing registrations, and tracking attendees across different events. We particularly valued the scheduling and attendee tracking features when running recurring educational programs. It helps keep everything organized, even with multiple speakers and sessions. Setting up more complex events can take time, especially when configuring multiple sessions and speaker details. Also, the interface could be slightly more streamlined for quicker navigation between event settings. Previously, we handled registrations and attendance tracking manually, which made coordination difficult. Eventify automated much of that, boosting efficiency and making it easier to manage recurring training programs.
"Eventify Simplifies Managing Multi-Session Workshops"
We've used Eventify for data workshops and technical training sessions, and it handles multi-session events with different tracks effectively. Being able to clearly structure sessions and provide attendees with a straightforward agenda enhances the overall experience. The platform also streamlines tracking registrations and attendance without needing multiple tools. There is a learning curve when setting up more complex events, particularly with multiple sessions and speaker configurations. Some parts of the interface could be more intuitive, especially when editing event details after initial setup. Previously, we coordinated workshops using separate tools for registration and communication, which confused attendees. Now everything is in one place, making event management easier and ensuring participants can follow sessions without issues.
"Eventify Brings Structure and Professionalism to AMA Sessions and Community Events"
We've been hosting AMA sessions and community discussions on Eventify, and it offers a more structured environment than the typical mix of chat tools. The platform's session management, attendee tracking, and engagement features like chat and polls keep conversations focused and easy to follow, especially during larger community events. It also provides a more professional atmosphere when hosting external participants or partners. However, some customization options aren't immediately obvious, and it takes time to figure out how to tailor events for a community-driven format. The interface is functional, but navigating event settings could be more intuitive in some areas. Before Eventify, we relied on several platforms like Discord or Telegram for AMAs, which often became chaotic and hard to manage. Eventify brought structure, making sessions easier to moderate and enhancing the overall experience for participants.
"Eventify Made VIP Ticketing, Check-In, and Targeted Alerts Effortless"
We employed Eventify for a series of athlete meet-and-greets and a season ticket holder appreciation night. The tiered ticketing system handled VIP upgrades, photo ops, and autograph sessions without a hitch. We particularly liked scanning tickets directly from the mobile app at check-in, eliminating the need for extra hardware. Sending push notifications to specific attendee groups, like 'VIP ticket holders, head to the green room now,' saved us from using loudspeakers. Post-event analytics revealed which activities attracted the most people, guiding our off-season planning. Let's be honest: fans expect a fun, flashy experience, and Eventify feels like a corporate conference tool. There's no way to add team colors, animated graphics, or video countdowns to the event landing page. The gamification features, such as points and leaderboards, suit business events but aren't exciting for sports fans—we wanted trivia, brackets, or prediction games, none of which exist. Previously, we juggled Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, and a paper check-in list. Keeping track of who actually attended VIP experiences was impossible, and we had no way to communicate last-minute changes. Eventify centralized everything and cut our day-of-event chaos by about 70%. But for the fan-facing experience, it lacks the polish and fun of dedicated sports and entertainment platforms.

"Eventify Streamlined Our 800+ Attendee Youth Conference"
Our church, which has multiple campuses, relied on Eventify for a regional youth conference drawing over 800 people, as well as a volunteer leadership retreat. The system effortlessly handled various registration categories—students, volunteers, speakers, exhibitors—and collected waivers for minors. The platform's integrated communication features, including email and push notifications, allowed us to send session reminders and last-minute room updates without relying on a third-party email service. However, Eventify is overkill for our smaller weekly gatherings like Bible studies or potlucks. The pricing is per event, and even our cheapest event costs several hundred dollars, which adds up quickly on a church budget. Additionally, our volunteer coordinators, who are not professional planners, found the learning curve steep. Prior to Eventify, our conferences were a mess with paper sign-ups, manual check-ins, and confusing schedules. Eventify resolved all that, and our youth conference went off without a hitch. But for roughly 90% of our other events, we still use free tools like GroupMe, SignUpGenius, and a shared Google Calendar. Eventify is a specialized solution for us, not an everyday tool.
