Honestly, Eventene wasn't even on our shortlist for our not-for-profit until we looked into their registration features, which have been a huge success for our events. Their pricing is also very competitive. They don't have a CRM integration yet, which means our team has to manually transfer some data. They've mentioned it's coming in the next release, so we'll see. It takes a bit to get familiar with the platform, but once you see what it can do, it's awesome. We organize fundraising events and retreats across the US and Europe that involve complex, manual registration work. Previously, we juggled Google docs, sheets, and forms. Eventene's outstanding registration capabilities have automated our reg. process and given our members a much better experience.

I no longer rely on spreadsheets to track and manage everything to get my events off the ground. We also dropped subscriptions for email marketing, survey tools, and other separate services. It's simplified our lives by not having to manually move data between different apps. They have way more features than we've actually used, so it's tough to gauge overall performance. Pulling reports takes some effort right now and could be better. Even though the reports are very detailed, you really need to understand how they work. David Wood from Eventene guided us through it, which was helpful. As a consulting company that runs corporate events, training sessions, dinners, etc., we were looking for a tool to streamline the entire event planning workflow and free up our team for more strategic work. Eventene is affordable and definitely gets the job done!

What I appreciate most about them is their incredibly simple and transparent pricing model. We've used two or three other vendors before that had complex pricing based on numerous factors, making budgeting a nightmare for our ops team. We've actually started using Eventene as our CRM too, which wasn't the original plan, but their contact management capabilities have been seamless. Some of our live events need badging services that aren't provided, so we have to use a third-party vendor for that. Their tech lead, David, has said that's something they plan to address in the future. Given the price and features, Eventene should definitely be on your radar if you want to save on event tech costs. As a publishing company with events ranging from 20 to 400 attendees, Eventene has proven to be far more cost-effective than the big-name, expensive solutions. Being able to replace our CRM with Eventene has improved coordination between operations and events teams and eliminated duplicate work.

Eventene is easily the most user-friendly event software I've come across. It also offers incredibly thorough and detailed views of event data at both macro and micro levels, which is crucial for planning successful future events. The ability to create multiple groups, subgroups, and tag individuals or groups keeps all contact lists and email communications organized and straightforward—plus, it's simple to send messages quickly without worrying about missing anyone. Customer support has been very responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions. I haven't found anything to dislike or that's hard to understand so far. Eventene solves the problem of scattered email lists by centralizing everything, saving us a huge amount of time when sending targeted messages, and providing plenty of event data to help plan future events effectively.

We utilized Eventene for one of our client's financial events. It allowed both our team and the client's staff to focus on more strategic activities while automating many event processes. We appreciate its low cost compared to other platforms, without sacrificing advanced features. The unlimited events policy is a big plus, as we never have to worry about hitting caps. They didn't have a built-in networking feature, so we used Zoom for meetings, which worked okay but having it integrated would have been nicer. We were looking to replace a more expensive platform with an affordable one. When we found Eventene, we managed to save nearly three times what we were previously paying while keeping most of the features we needed.

David's customer support has been outstanding. The day before we launched registration for our major conference, he helped us troubleshoot and refine the entire registration process. For someone with limited time to learn a new system, David was incredibly useful in guiding us to maximize the program's potential. Our event is quite complex, but Eventene provides a straightforward way to manage check-ins and check-outs.

I can't recommend David and Daria enough—they worked like extensions of our team to get my first event up and running. Eventene truly puts customers first. I chose them for their budget-friendly pricing and the amazing features included even in their $4,499 plan. Having unlimited events at that price is a great deal! They don't have a native integration with our CRM, but there's a workaround that functions well, albeit with some manual effort from our event coordinators. If they had that integration, we could save even more time. David mentioned that integrations are on the horizon, and I trust him. We host eCommerce meetups worldwide, and previously we used a mix of single-purpose tools for planning. That worked fine until our event numbers exploded (luckily!), and we realized we needed a proper event management platform. We were hesitant to switch due to the abundance of expensive options, but Eventene really stood out!

Running an ecommerce agency that organizes events across various industries, we needed a platform that could handle diverse events without spending a fortune. Eventene not only fit our budget but also offered a broad suite of features tailored to our requirements. One issue we noticed was that the reporting tools were somewhat limited and have room for improvement. When we needed deeper insights, we had to reach out to support. Handling intricate registrations and follow-ups was a breeze, though. We were especially impressed with the reliable RSVP feature and the ability to send customized messages to specific attendee segments.

I strongly recommend David, who was incredibly helpful in getting my first event off the ground. He was fantastic and always on hand whenever I needed support. I really like the software because it consolidates everything in one spot. You have to navigate through quite a few tabs to find what you're looking for and figure out how to manage multiple tabs at once. But it's beneficial because I don't have to jump around to different sections constantly.

I've been thoroughly impressed with David and the support I've gotten since adopting Eventene. He's very patient and walks me through everything, making sure I understand how to get the most out of the software for my specific needs and events. The cost is unbeatable, and the fact that there's no limit on events means my coworkers can also use it for their gatherings. Having a single hub for attendee data, sign-ups, and messaging has cut down on a ton of time and confusion during planning. Over the years, I've tried several other event platforms, and I strongly recommend Eventene for registration, website and app integration, and keeping in touch with attendees. The only thing I'd love to see added is more customization for push notifications in the app—there are some automated ones, but I'd like to create my own. To be fair, the last tool where I could do that was way pricier, so it's a minor trade-off. With Eventene, our company now has a uniform registration process, giving attendees a familiar and easy experience every time. Storing their info so they don't have to re-enter details repeatedly has also cut down on friction during sign-up. So far, the app has been smooth and well-received at our events. Plus, being able to make updates in one place instead of juggling multiple spreadsheets and emailing everyone individually has saved us hours and reduced mistakes.
