We've employed Eventee for organizing our meetings. It allows for smooth session planning, dynamic adjustments, and immediate feedback to speakers. Overall, my co-organizers and I are extremely satisfied with Eventee. I haven't yet explored the networking feature, but the tool meets all our requirements for event organization. It offers a clear schedule overview, enables attendees to choose their preferred workshops, and facilitates attendee interaction.

Eventee's standout quality is its simplicity and reliability for both organizers and attendees, which we've witnessed over several years at Machine Learning Prague. As an organizer, you can have everything set up in an afternoon—agenda, push notifications, partner info, and event feed are all straightforward. My first use took just five minutes to understand. During the event, push notifications effectively guide attendees to talks and booths, and the Q&A feature keeps question management orderly. Session feedback provides clear insights into which talks were well-received. The networking feature addresses a common issue: many attendees come alone or find it hard to start conversations. They can now connect through the app instead of waiting for the afterparty, making networking more natural. From the attendee side, the feedback is simple—no complaints, which speaks volumes. We've tried other tools; Hopin was effective for virtual events but pricey, and I'm uncertain about its suitability for in-person gatherings. Ultimately, Eventee is worth the investment because it delivers exactly what a physical event needs: ease of use, great aesthetics, and above all, rock-solid reliability. We've used it for four years without a single operational hiccup, and they continuously improve. Previously, we missed a built-in registration feature, but they've since added it, and we plan to use it this year. Eventee resolves many typical conference headaches: it ensures communication through push notifications and updates, organizes Q&A seamlessly, provides instant feedback on sessions, and facilitates networking. The biggest benefit is peace of mind—no technical issues, no attendee complaints, no friction. It just works, allowing you to focus on executing the event.

Eventee's greatest strength is its simplicity in handling and communicating the conference agenda. For ML Prague, the schedule is clear and easy to follow, which is crucial for our technical audience to quickly scan sessions and plan their day. The Q&A feature is particularly valuable; questions are ranked by votes, enhancing speaker interaction and making sessions more engaging. Instead of dealing with microphone rounds, we get relevant, moderated questions that add substance. Post-session feedback provides immediate insights into what resonated, helping me as a program organizer to refine future editions. It covers the essentials without unnecessary complexity and functions reliably. The only downside is my own—I haven't fully explored all features, so there's likely untapped potential. Eventee addresses common conference management headaches by simplifying agendas, improving attendee-speaker interaction through Q&A, and offering instant feedback. Having everything in the app eliminates the need for printed schedules, saving coordination time with designers and printers—a benefit you don't appreciate until you've handled it. For us, it means improved sessions, better insights, and a smoother overall experience without extra operational burden.

As we prepare for this year's event, we're glad to continue our partnership with Eventee. We're particularly impressed by their responsive support, willingness to assist, and ongoing platform enhancements. We do believe there's potential to boost engagement on the Social Wall and Newsfeed further. Otherwise, our overall experience has been highly positive, and we have no further suggestions. Eventee eliminates the typical stressors of event planning, allowing our team to focus on crafting valuable content and memorable attendee experiences. I especially want to highlight the gamification features, which elevate participant involvement to new heights, making events more interactive and enjoyable while keeping attendees engaged throughout.

Eventee facilitated seamless communication and guidance for all 4,300 attendees at our event, and the staff found it remarkably simple to operate. Their customer support was exceptional, even arranging a pre-event one-on-one call to ensure everything was ready. Configuring the app was also intuitive. Attendees enthusiastically used the networking feature during and after the event, which proved instrumental in converting leads to deals. I particularly enjoyed the 'More' section, where we could compile event details, upload site maps, and provide necessary documents. The 'Feed' feature allowed us to broadcast immediate updates, such as speaker changes, instantly reaching everyone. The 'Social Wall' saw high engagement, with attendees sharing impressions and enjoying the interaction. On the downside, the admin dashboard lacks filtering capabilities for statistics and program data that CSV exports offer. In networking, I noticed that existing connections reappeared as new with notifications each time I opened the app, even though we'd already interacted. We chose Eventee primarily to avoid paper programs, aligning with our eco-friendly goals. It also served as a real-time news channel, ensuring critical information reached the majority of attendees efficiently. Uploading documents and details prevented any missed information that email might have overlooked. Ultimately, this app is the best fit for us.

What stands out most to me is Eventee's uniform design and ease of use. It's approachable even for first-time users, and I find the admin side straightforward as well. I value the immediate updates—changes reflect instantly. These qualities make it highly efficient for our small team, especially since we manage a large festival without needing to build a custom platform. However, the gamification aspect could be improved; there are elements visible to attendees that I'd prefer to hide, so an off switch would be helpful. Additionally, when accessing the app on multiple devices, logging in on one logs you out on another, which is inconvenient when you need to display it publicly while working behind the scenes. Despite that, Eventee allows attendees to view full program details, register, and monitor attendance. I can effortlessly track participant locations and preferences, making event management a breeze.

I've relied on Eventee for my events over the past few years. What I appreciate most is that it consolidates everything attendees might need into a single platform. Want to see the performers? Looking for a particular room? Exploring partner perks? It's all conveniently available. I've pondered improvements but haven't found any. Occasionally, the exact-match search can be challenging—unless you type the event name precisely, it won't appear. But having every necessary component in one place makes Eventee the ideal solution for us. We no longer need to rely on email chains when we have the Eventee wall and push notifications. Printed maps and schedules are obsolete—this app covers it all.

It pairs robust capabilities with an exceptionally user-friendly interface, delivering a seamless experience from beginning to end. Adopting Eventee transformed our organization's image, providing a polished, professional look while offering every conceivable feature and then some. From a user standpoint, the app was a breeze to set up and navigate. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with many attendees noting how much more straightforward it was compared to other mainstream event apps that often overcomplicate things. Guests were particularly impressed with the effortless onboarding, the dynamic social wall, the neatly arranged agendas, and the adaptable program section that let them craft their own schedule. The overall reception was fantastic, setting a new benchmark for our future events. As a host, Eventee was a game-changer. The configuration process was straightforward, and the management capabilities were both effective and thoughtfully crafted. I valued the extensive personalization choices, enabling me to incorporate venue layouts, local recommendations, and specific touches like dress codes. Every feature felt deliberate and simple to deploy. Notifications, social wall interactions, agenda oversight, and flexible attendee invitations—including instant join options—made everything operate seamlessly. I also appreciated the ability to spotlight speakers, sponsors, and key participants with photos, bios, and social links, adding a sophisticated and professional element. The real-time agenda display was another highlight, keeping everyone informed and aligned during the event. Eventee surpassed all expectations, and I'm thrilled to use it for all my future events. One enhancement would be the ability to see who liked your posts—a minor addition. In essence, it's a straightforward, streamlined solution that delivers meaningful engagement and valuable feedback while being incredibly user-friendly right from the start.

As we gear up for the upcoming Data Festival VŠE, Eventee remains a cornerstone of our preparation efforts. Our partnership with the Eventee team has been outstanding. Drawing from past successes, we're eager to utilize the platform once more and expand on what has worked well previously. We still believe that integrating a calendar function, as noted in our earlier feedback, would be beneficial. Beyond that, we have no further recommendations and are thoroughly satisfied with Eventee. The tool has been instrumental in managing our event logistics, covering everything from scheduling and speakers to partners and gamified elements. Moreover, it has significantly enhanced our attendee communication, ensuring everyone stays updated and engaged throughout.

Eventee proved to be a fantastic tool for coordinating our workshops. The platform was simple to grasp, and it streamlined the entire Summer School organization process. The timetable was always accessible and could be adjusted in real time when unexpected alterations occurred. The Q&A capability was incredibly valuable, boosting attendee involvement throughout, and navigating the entire app was quite straightforward. On the whole, there's very little I'd alter about Eventee. Perhaps offering more customization to align the app with our specific event would be a nice touch. We rely on Eventee for our annual Summer School, and it has significantly enhanced our ability to connect with participants, offers a space to post event photos, and enables real-time engagement via the Q&A function. It has certainly conserved our time and effort.
