I love how intuitive Eventcube is. It has handled everything we've thrown at it, including a complicated event with many sub-events. The platform is extremely easy to use, and their support team is responsive and helpful if you ever run into trouble. You can customize your storefront to match your brand guidelines effortlessly, which helps maintain a professional image. The reporting features are excellent, and the ability to modify the forms you present to buyers has simplified collecting dietary and accessibility information. Using Eventcube for our Leadership series has been fantastic and well-received by our executive team. Being able to upgrade monthly without a contract is ideal, and the integration process was smooth. Having used this system for years, I honestly can't think of any downsides. It has made organizing and promoting events so much easier. We needed a way for clients to register for the event and also sign up for speaking sessions (we have about 10 throughout the day with limited seating). We wanted to make it as simple as possible, avoiding the need to purchase separate tickets for each session. Eventcube allowed us to add sub-events within the main event, so as clients buy their entry ticket, they can also register for all sub-events effortlessly. We can also customize what information we collect, allowing us to build forms that capture dietary and accessibility requirements and then report on that data quickly. It has saved us countless hours of manual work.

The platform is fairly user-friendly. Since I'm not very technical, I need something that's straightforward. I had a minor issue making sure I filled out all required fields before sharing the event. We use it for taking RSVPs for a local non-profit event.

It offers a user-friendly and comfortable way to manage events, and both the staff and AI assistants are excellent. I have no complaints at this point. You can purchase and register from home without having to wait in lines.

For our small team, this means we can devote more time to improving the event experience rather than dealing with paperwork.
