Unlike other providers, they invest as much in your event's success as you do. Our farmer, Aashna, was fantastic—she guided us through demos, checked in regularly, helped with attendee uploads, and built a platform that truly worked. As a first-time user, we'll definitely use them again. We got the best feedback on check-in and registration. Managing multiple attendee lists can be tricky, but with your farmer's help, you're always supported quickly. Stellar service, integrated with your needs, and easy for beginners. We're a national nonprofit hosting a major Gala in NYC annually, and Event Farm made attendee management much easier. The mobile check-in app is my favorite—super easy and fast.

Staff even reached out while I was exploring to let me know about an upcoming trivia game. Navigation was a bit tricky initially, but perhaps I just didn't spend enough time getting familiar. I'd love to see my avatar's face occasionally while walking, as I forgot what I looked like from the front. My company would integrate Zoom since we rely heavily on discussions, so compatibility is something to check. The need for fun, interactive, and easy virtual conferences without Zoom fatigue is met here.
