The audience engagement was outstanding, and the team went out of their way to help me maximize the app's potential. I honestly have nothing negative to say about it and plan to use it again in the future. I'd definitely recommend taking advantage of their customer service and the option to have a tech on-site during your event. While my audience had no issues using the app, I knew any problems would be quickly handled. The tech support person who assisted during my event went above and beyond, offering extra ideas for audience engagement. My event had around 200 attendees, and the interactive polls and Q&A fostered a strong sense of community. Several participants later told me it was the simplest conference app they'd ever used.

Our consultant suggested ConnexMe for our sales meeting to gather ideas and collect field feedback. Through open-ended questions and ranked polls, we established our sales priorities for the upcoming year. The app was simple to roll out, and adoption exceeded 95%. There's not much to complain about—just allowing more layout customization would be a plus. The UI is very intuitive, and it's a highly efficient way to engage attendees. We organized a sales meeting aiming to quickly capture and categorize rep feedback, and ConnexMe handled it flawlessly.

The registration features are excellent, and generating various reports on registrants is simple. We didn't delve deeply into the agenda functionality, but it seemed to operate smoothly. The Evenium staff I dealt with were quite responsive and made genuine efforts to resolve issues and answer questions. However, it's not well-suited for hybrid events—the interface and features are identical regardless of whether attendees are in-person or online, meaning someone in the room could watch the stream. Luckily, Evenium agreed to waive fees for streaming hours watched by on-site participants. The chat and polling tools worked effectively, and we could retrieve transcripts and other analytics later. The major problems were that attendees struggled to figure out how to log in and often couldn't see the stream once they did. Also, the stream quality was erratic: some saw no video but heard audio, others had neither, and several had video that froze after five seconds. The tech support suggested reloading, but that rarely helped. They blamed poor bandwidth, but even with my 20 Mbps connection, I experienced drops. Our Evenium contact acknowledged some third-party streaming tech was unsatisfactory and they were working on their own solution. Ultimately, no concrete fix or answer was provided, and we're waiting to hear that they've resolved it. I had high expectations for ConnexME and believe they'll eventually get it right, but as of now, it's not ready. It's an excellent overall platform for events of all sizes with an easy registration setup. I'm hopeful for a better streaming experience down the line.

The site is highly intuitive and useful for event planning. A few enhancements would be welcome to give it a fresher, more modern feel. It's great for handling large numbers of invitations, sharing agendas, managing activity sign-ups, and providing personalized schedules.

Setting up the registration form is pretty straightforward. However, designing the look can get a bit tricky at times. It provides a centralized compilation of registration details and allows us to monitor them.

It's intuitive, forward-thinking, and all-inclusive, backed by responsive support and a mindset that's perfectly aligned with the events industry. I've never had a single bad experience with it. Nothing to note as a downside. I'd love to see Docusign integrated into the platform.

It offers a wide array of features, delivers a polished look, and consolidates everything in one spot, with customer service always ready to help. The invitation emails can come off as spammy and aren't very intuitive. But overall, it saves time, gives a professional appearance, and handles everything from creating invites to exporting registrations to Excel.

The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. For larger projects, like mine, there's no visibility into whether others are working simultaneously since we share the same account. Evenium assists me throughout my event by resending invites, monitoring registrations, and consolidating data. We can save time by pulling the necessary information with just a single click.

The support crew responds quickly whenever we encounter an issue. Getting into the platform is a breeze. There are some hiccups with updating the reporting data. They listen to our feedback and generally adjust things to fix the update problems.

I really appreciate how straightforward Evenium is to use, the clean look of the interface, and the attentive support from the team. The ability to monitor email issues and see a clear summary of responses is also very helpful. Getting started initially required minimal effort. It might be nice to have AI suggest email corrections when an error pops up. I rely on Evenium for sending and following up on invitations, which helps declutter my inbox and cut down on email mistakes, while also making response tracking easier.
