"Efficient Show Management for a Global Conference"

eShow's team is extremely quick to respond to any questions, even when they're away at other events. They always provide answers, fix issues, and teach me how to resolve similar problems on my own in the future. Assigning, releasing, moving, and canceling exhibitors and booth locations is also quite straightforward—a definite plus. The program can be overwhelming for newcomers due to its many features. Also, when syncing with payment processing, it's a bit tricky to tell if payments have been sent to your bank or just recorded in the system—although this might have been user error on my part. The data collection (credit card info, directory details, booth assignments) is incredibly valuable and saves time. Credit card details are secure and masked even in the backend, eliminating any security worries for the organizing company.

"Decent Tool for Attendee Registration"

I'm not hugely impressed with this tool, but it does save us from building a website for small events—that's convenient and time-efficient. There are limited templates for registration pages, and the integration of custom graphics isn't great; sometimes you have to compromise on certain graphic formats. For small events, it's not cost-effective to create a separate site just for attendee registration, so I recommend this tool for such occasions—it saves both time and money. We used it for one of our events to manage attendee registration.

The product made lead retrieval incredibly simple, and Brandee exceeded expectations by ensuring my device was charged and secure overnight, and she sent me leads daily via email. I have no criticisms of either the product or the service. This is definitely the best lead retrieval solution I've come across so far. The lead retrieval details are the highlight.
