Emailee offers a straightforward service: adding signatures to your emails. It's handy for professionals aiming to maintain a strong brand image and project professionalism. The service includes several pre-designed templates that automatically adjust to your input, even accommodating portrait photos. You can also strip backgrounds to create transparent images that blend with the design. In theory, it's meant to be easy, and to some extent it is — but according to the app's roadmap, they plan to introduce one-click integrations and team management features; as of now, only one user per account is possible. Setting up a signature is genuinely simple: fill in a short form with user details and you're done. The difficulty comes with implementation, especially on Mac OS. They're trying to present a polished image for their own brand. Managing the platform via Safari is extremely troublesome; it makes the system feel heavy and buggy, forcing you to use Chrome or Firefox, which defeats the purpose of a SaaS tool that should be compatible everywhere. Windows users seem to have fewer issues, but in 2024, requiring a specific OS or browser for such a basic service is unacceptable. Emailee is supposed to handle all your email signature needs, but it falls short due to numerous integration problems.
