"Support Has Vanished!"
One of their standout features was their support team, but they don't reply to any emails anymore, and updates have stopped for the past couple of months. Their integrations like Pabbly aren't working correctly. The product has been abandoned. It's really sad to see! This product was discontinued after their AppSumo launch. Email marketing at scale
"Email Delivery Turns You Into Your Own ESP"
At its core, Email Delivery gives you total control over all your email sending needs. You host it on your own server, create and manage your own IPs, etc. That saves you money in three big ways: 1. As your sending volume goes up, your savings grow. 2. The quality of your sending and delivery rates is fully under your control, so you're not at the mercy of 'bad actors' when using shared IPs with traditional providers. 3. You can scale without worrying about moving to a dedicated IP, which would cost you tens of thousands. Email Delivery is designed and built to solve any email sending bottlenecks you'd face when growing your email marketing. There's a learning curve, but honestly, the package, installation, and technology are all documented. It's a learnable skill and well worth it even for a newbie like me. If you're just starting in email marketing, you'll need to understand the basics of achieving high delivery rates anyway. The documentation is like a high-level course in itself—it's that good. Take the time and dig in! One major problem Email Delivery solves is the high cost of email marketing. Typically, providers use services like Sendgrid or AWS and resell at a high markup. And when you scale, you're pushed off their shared IPs onto dedicated ones due to volume, which incurs huge operating costs. With this solution, you have your own server and dedicated IP, you have more control over quality, and you reap the savings. Higher deliverability also means higher ROI, so it's a positive cycle. You save on sending costs by cutting out the middleman fees, and you achieve better sending rates, which positively impacts revenue from your email marketing.

"Take Control Yourself - Plus Amazing Support"
With this tool, you can regain control over your email marketing and break free from the big companies that charge you for every email sent or contact owned. If you have a bit of technical know-how, the setup is straightforward, just entering a few lines. I use both the ESP and the MTA. It feels powerful to handle things yourself and ultimately save a lot of money. I also grabbed the VPS deal from RackNerd through emaildelivery.com—you get an EU server for €40 a year, fantastic. The ESP UI is really fast, and you can customize it with your own CSS and email templates. To top it off, the customer service is AMAZING! They reply super quickly and share lots of knowledge. You can ask anything, and they resolve the issue. They even look at your account or server themselves if you can't solve it. Truly impressive and makes setup and usage straightforward and superb. It takes a little time to get familiar with the platform and UI, but once you do, you've got it. There's excellent support and documentation to guide you. Email marketing and transactional email, plus funnels and contact management. Break the shackles of high costs for every message sent and contact owned.

"I Found the Perfect Mailchimp, GetResponse, Constant Contact Alternative!"
I run multiple businesses. I really appreciate the flexibility EmailDelivery.com gives me to run my own ESP. The documentation is pretty clear for getting set up, and when I have a question, I just ask support and get an answer, usually pretty quickly. I was able to set up SMTP Relays to MailGun and Acumbamail easily, and then got the Velocity MTA configured (which was new territory for me). All along the way, I'm learning that I can take more control of my email marketing. I originally wanted this for broadcasts, but it offers so much more. I'm eager to see how I can integrate this system into our marketing strategy. What do I like most? I love the pricing, sure, but if the product didn't work, who cares? In this case, it works really well, and if there's a problem, support steps in to fix it! I'm excited to see what else I can do with it. ALSO... there's potential for additional revenue streams. WOW! I'm really pumped about EmailDelivery.com and planning a second installation for another one of my companies. My biggest hurdle was my own learning curve to get it implemented. The documentation is good and keeps improving. You do need some technical background to get going, but if you're stuck, just reach out to support. The support you get from the team to help you through technical issues is top-notch. I can't praise their support enough. EmailDelivery.com is letting us bring email marketing in-house. We should see significant savings next year by moving away from monthly fees with other ESPs.
"Total Command Over My Email Marketing"
Traditional email marketing platforms like Mailchimp always have some limitations. There are caps, deliverability issues because you share IPs with other users, the high cost of dedicated IPs, and then the constant price increases with usage. EmailDelivery offers huge cost savings—which is fantastic, obviously—but it also gives me freedom. I knew it would, but when you really experience it, it's amazing! I now have COMPLETE control over everything email-related. Drips, automations, newsletters that replace Mailchimp and others, but also transactional emails, so I no longer need SendGrid or MailGun either. I control everything. That's truly empowering. Of course, this would be pointless if the implementation or usability were lacking, but it's not. It's very resource-efficient and clearly well-coded and optimized. Updates and new features keep coming. The support is INCREDIBLE (like everyone else says)... really, I've never seen anything like it. I mentioned on their feature request board that the email editor could be improved, and they're now adding one of the industry's top email editors... included for everyone at no extra cost. Brilliant! So, in short, my endless search for better email solutions has officially ended. I've found my gold at the end of the rainbow ;-) A bit sarcastic, but I hate that my competitors also have access to EmailDelivery—I wish it were my little secret! Seriously, I haven't found anything I truly dislike. There are areas that could be improved over time, and there are plans for that, like auto-backups, but they're on the roadmap and should be available soon. Installation means reading and following the well-written instructions. The docs are good. It's not a chore... but of course, a one-click auto-install would be better. However, the instructions are super easy to follow. In short, no real complaints at all. Sending higher volumes without skyrocketing costs. Complete control over deliverability, MTA, etc.

"A Powerful Tool for DIY Email Marketing"
As a solo operator, I was skeptical at first, but the appeal of owning my own email service provider, scaling up, and keeping high deliverability won me over. I love having full control. It can do just about anything your current ESP can (and more); you've got the basics like campaigns, broadcasts, email sequences, drip, funnels. Plus tags, lists, segmentation with logic, personalization, throttle sending by minute/hour/day, reporting, and so on. Just check their website or docs. They also have a public roadmap with feedback options where they cherry-pick the best ideas to implement. They're constantly updating and improving. It's already great and can only get better! Unfortunately, it's not as simple as creating an account and you're all set. Setting it up takes some time, but the documentation is excellent. Just follow along and you'll manage. And if you get stuck, their support is amazing! They respond incredibly fast, and because they know their stuff, the replies are genuinely helpful, and every time they solved my issue in their first response—unlike some other companies where you go back and forth over emails with someone who isn't very tech-savvy and replies once a day (sound familiar?). Instead of paying for every feature, being limited by contacts or sending limits, with EmailDelivery I have unlimited email APIs, unlimited contacts, unlimited sending, unlimited domains, and a feature-rich emailer. And with their lifetime license, I never have to pay for an ASP again!
"Fantastic Software and Support!"
I'll admit, when I first got EmailDelivery.com, I wasn't sure it would actually live up to the hype or be able to take over from my other email marketing tools like Mautic, Buildreal - MailBoss, Zagomail, and Mailerlite, so I decided to give it a test drive to see how good it really is. And I have to say, the tool is outstanding—fast, lightweight, intuitive, easy to segment, easy to tag, with great email templates and forms, and simple to use. But what really blew me away was the support from Ian, the program's creator. He wasn't just a typical support rep; he acted like a true partner, very invested and attentive to making sure everything ran flawlessly. He gave me all the guidance and tweaks I needed, and thanks to his recommendations, I saved over $400 a year on my server alone. Installation, even for a novice like me, is a breeze if you follow the steps on their recommended servers. But if you run into any trouble, just drop an email and they respond almost instantly, solving the issue or offering alternatives so the program runs perfectly. I'm speaking from Brazil, and whether it was day or night, I always got a quick response and support—truly impressive. To sum it up, with a list of 25,000 contacts, the top positives for me are: Exceptional support that doesn't just tell you what to do but works with you until everything is resolved and perfect, even if you're a beginner; the platform is super fast and intuitive, like segmentation that took minutes in other programs but seconds here; the templates are classy and well-designed for both emails and forms; the constant updates—when I suggested an integration with Pabbly, they were already building it and showed me other tools in the pipeline, so you know the program is always evolving and owners get all updates; performance has improved, both in deliverability and list management. These are just some highlights from my first week, and I haven't even seen all the updates yet. I'm sure there's more to come! In short, EmailDelivery.com is definitely worth buying. It's one of the best tools I've used in my 7 years in this field. I want to thank Ian again for his support and attention—he made all the difference. Installation is doable for laypeople with support, and segmenting 25,000 contacts quickly and efficiently, plus better delivery rates, are huge wins.
"Support Is Gone - They Took the Money and Split"
The product has good potential and would be excellent if the company were still around to back it. They've stopped releasing updates—the last one was July 27th. They don't respond to support tickets or any type of inquiry anymore. If you purchase this now, you'll likely never see a refund or get any help. I've sent multiple messages, even getting AppSumo involved to reach this company. Reviews on AppSumo are starting to expose the total failure of support. Still no response, and I've been dealing with a major issue for over 30 days now. Nothing so far. It's cost me a ton of money because I replaced Mailchimp with it, but now I'm moving all my customers back.
"Support Is Nearly Nonexistent"
The concept is decent, but that's about all it has going for it. I can't say anything good about the experience because the issues far outweigh any benefits. Help is basically absent—I'm stuck with a non-functional product that I shelled out a good chunk of cash for, and trying to get through to Ian feels like banging my head against a wall. It's gotten so bad that I'm ditching this entirely and moving over to MailerLite. It was supposed to save money, but in the end, all the problems made it more expensive.

"Great Promise at First, but Went Downhill"
The initial idea seemed perfect for technical teams: manage your own infrastructure, own your IPs and domains, and dodge per-message expenses by running a self-hosted email pipeline that was marketed as flexible and brand-friendly. Early on, the focus on privacy, white-label features, and connections to external SMTP/API services sounded great for agencies and big senders who value independence. The system design, at least on paper, suited advanced deliverability processes like splitting domains, warming up sending, and picking routes without depending on one SaaS provider. But once the team vanished, support dried up and the whole experience fell apart—we hit production problems and had no real channel to get help. Communication hit a wall: tickets sat unanswered, advice never came, and critical fixes were nowhere to be seen, so everyday operations became sheer guesswork. The promised cost savings reversed as maintenance, troubleshooting, and downtime piled up; with an unresponsive vendor, the total ownership cost ballooned instead of dropping. While the team was still around, the platform did centralize email tasks into one smooth workflow, with clear brand separation, solid authentication, and custom tracking domains that made governance easier and cut down on vendor clutter. Warmup routines and mailbox-aware throttling gave deliverability a steady rhythm, so campaigns ran without constant firefighting and quick fixes. But when support went silent, that same setup became fragile, small problems lingered and got worse, and the operational burden grew because there was no follow-up on incidents and no realistic way to get fixes. At that point, the smart move was to leave and switch to a managed ESP with clear SLAs, responsive help, and a live roadmap, since the product is essentially dead, unmaintained, and relying on it would keep putting our deadlines and results at risk.
