Loading times are slow when uploading large datasets or processing heavy segmentation files. Base processing takes too long, which we dislike. Billing is problematic—if your card expires, you get an invoice without guidance on resolution, and chat support offers no help. Reporting and analytics are top-notch, offering detailed campaign insights. The API is ideal for sending bulk emails quickly; if we need to abort campaigns due to errors, we can stop them immediately. Their chat support is also very helpful when needed.
