"Excellent tool with few shortcomings"
The live template builder is great for coders, Litmus integration makes QA a breeze, snippets save time and effort, and data importing/personalization is reliable. However, there are no nested folders and the search function is a little lacking. We have a bank of 400+ email templates, all built in Sendwithus. The builder in SWU is phenomenal if you write code - your changes are updated almost instantly. QA is simple with the Litmus integration. The code editor is colorized, making it easier to scroll through HTML. The snippet functionality is also great and has saved immense time and headaches. If they implement nested folders and improve the template search function a bit, I'd give it a 10.

"Very useful for separating marketing and developer roles in customer communication"
I really like the use of jinja in templates - it's a powerful feature that allows those who excel at formatting and email marketing to shine with straightforward implementation by devs (passing necessary data in API calls and automations). I think it's unfortunate that you can't pull much from log data using the API. One obvious example is the inability to render sent email based on the log. Instead, I have to try to reconstruct the data that would have been sent and call the render method on that data. Feature-rich and easy to use! Wish I had switched from my previous provider sooner. Devs were constantly being asked to alter email templates based on mockups by the communications director - this diverted dev attention for a communications task. That problem has been resolved.
"Why Sendwithus is the best"
I love the usability both on the frontend and with the API. So much thought has gone into how people actually use the software. The ability to easily copy template IDs is a lifesaver. It may seem small, but it brings usability up to 11. The frontend doesn't always update as if the page was refreshed. Sorting is a good example. Things are sorted alphabetically when you refresh, but not when you update things on the frontend. Email templates always look ugly. It's really hard to organize your HTML in a way that isn't overwhelming for non-technical people. Also, I'd like to be able to access snippets from within the template editor. Currently, you have to have multiple windows or tabs open to manage snippets. Also, versioned snippets? Right now, if you change a snippet, it affects all your emails. I wish there was a way to create another version to test out before publishing it live. Finally, a better way to promote versions when you promote new code that makes use of those new versions. There have been a few times where this has been missed because it's an extra task. We use Sendwithus for all our transactional email. Non-technical staff can handle most editing while handing off complex tasks to developers.
"Strong features"
The ability to review in clients, send test emails, and do A/B testing is great. However, there's a lack of folders for snippets; it would be useful to archive but still view old versions for record-keeping. Also, look at Litmus - they've improved recently. Problems: viewing email in clients; benefits: organizing email.

"User-friendly with excellent support"
Sendwithus templates are fully featured with JINJA support. The web interface for template design, preview, and device testing gives us confidence that emails will look great for all recipients. Versioning templates makes sense. Developers have had no issues with the integration libraries (we trigger from our Java backend). Web-based analytics are also easy to use and provide most of the information we need for common troubleshooting. The support team is fantastic. They respond very quickly and always find a solution. The API is fairly basic and sometimes we can't get troubleshooting data from either API or dashboard. In fact, some things are only available through the web app layer, not via API. It allows product and design to manage transactional email templates with minimal developer involvement. We get analytics on delivery, opens, and clicks. It empowers support to track emails down to individual sends to answer customer inquiries. We're able to create new and update existing transactional emails very efficiently and get all the data we need with virtually zero developer interaction.

"Their Own Email Practices Reveal Everything About Their Platform"
They offer a variety of templates and drip campaigns. But beware. I registered for a conference where Dyspatch was speaking. I was then added to their email subscription list. I tried to unsubscribe by clicking the link at the bottom of an email, but I landed on a page with broken code and couldn't unsubscribe. I replied to the email explaining the issue and asking to be unsubscribed, and a rep said thanks for letting them know and that I'd be removed. Well, over the next three days, I kept receiving more emails - one each day, four total, and I was clearly upset. I assume I've been placed in a drip campaign and their emails will continue until it ends, even though I've mentioned in every email that they need to fix their broken unsubscribe link. I've cleared my cache, tried private browsing, and different browsers, but it all leads to the same error. Their email domain is "sendwithus" and the broken unsubscribe page has "sendwithus" in the URL, which is one of their products. It makes sense they're using their own products, but if this is any indication of their product quality and they can't fix an essential required feature (unsubscribe) even for their own email marketing, then that's enough to make me avoid them. There are plenty of other email marketing platforms out there that wouldn't leave such a critical feature broken for so long. No problems solved.

"An email development tool that helps teams modernize their entire email creation cycle."
As a developer, you can easily access a list of all sent emails to ensure they're going to the right people. It's also quick to input data directly into their models for personalized emails. This is a good option for startups looking to establish email marketing and outreach. However, finding templates when you search can be challenging. The search box doesn't work correctly; you have to select "All" for it to function. There's still no snapshot preview, making it hard to easily search, edit, and preview updates. It would be helpful to compare a sample prototype with a snapshot in another window. Dyspatch is essentially an email development tool that helps teams automate the entire email process. It allows the email team to create emails quickly and easily with a collection of post-tested, on-brand email pieces that don't require coding. It integrates with Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, SendGrid, and other platforms.
"The essential tool for efficient, high-performance emails. Can't imagine email without it!"
As a marketer, you need top-notch tools to produce high-quality work efficiently. Dyspatch is by far one of the best tools I've adopted in recent years (and I've brought it to 2 companies!). Whether you're a small, agile marketing team or a large enterprise, Dyspatch is the tool for driving efficiency, scaling content quickly, and keeping your brand team happy. Because it sits on top of your ESP, it offers flexibility to design outside the platform, collaborate with teammates, and distribute to multiple tools. Dyspatch's biggest value-add is its team. From translating Figma designs to coded blocks in hours, not weeks, to fast customer support, they've been a pleasure to work with and have helped email become one of our top-performing channels. An area for improvement would be more integrations with other ESPs. However, there's still the option to export as HTML and upload to our ESP, just adding a few extra steps. Benefits include: engineering support for building scalable blocks without a dedicated internal resource, scaling email production, and removing the need for an internal HTML expert.

"Dyspatch - a fantastic partner and product"
Working with Dyspatch for over a year and a half has been truly amazing! They've been crucial in helping us create stunning, cohesive emails for major milestones at Patreon. Their support team is absolutely excellent. Every time I have a question, no matter how complex, they handle it with care and speed, making even the toughest challenges seem simple. The entire Dyspatch team is a delight to work with, and I'm genuinely excited to continue this partnership. I couldn't ask for a better team to have on our side! They're a smaller company, so the product might have a few small quirks, but they're always eager to gather feedback and continuously improve. Having consistent branding across all our marketing and transactional emails has been a game changer. A central platform to build emails with uniform branding is fantastic, making the design process both fast and easy.

"Great tool and exceptional customer service"
Dyspatch is very intuitive and simple to use. It integrates with most standard ESPs and email tech platforms, making it an excellent templating solution for our needs. Implementation on top of our internal transactional email system was a breeze. My favorite aspect is the support team. As someone in Martech managing multiple third-party vendors, Dyspatch stands out as the easiest and most responsive. Whenever we encounter a problem we can't solve, the support team jumps in quickly to provide answers and fix issues, which are almost always due to user error. They also have comprehensive documentation for self-service, and they're always available to hop on a call for training or brainstorming. Additionally, while no third-party tool is perfect, Dyspatch genuinely listens to our feedback and implements product updates to address gaps. The only downside is that they're likely smaller and newer compared to competitors, leading to some initial feature gaps we assumed they'd have. However, many of those gaps were due to our own unique workflows, and Dyspatch has resolved nearly all we've reported. We built an internal transactional email platform and needed an easy way for our team to create and manage templates without involving engineering or product releases.
