Based in Brazil, we're leveraging Cyscale for security assessments on Microsoft Azure, with plans to extend to AWS later. It's been incredibly helpful and performs well. There's nothing negative to say—it's excellent! The tool is assisting us greatly. It supports multitenancy, is user-friendly, and provides valuable reports.

Setup is quick and straightforward, with immediate insights. Issue resolution is efficient thanks to contextual guidance. However, there's no option for agent-based deployment. In our multi-cloud environment, Cyscale serves to identify misconfigurations and security weaknesses.

Integrating our cloud platforms was a breeze, and their findings come in various report formats tailored to different needs. The team is highly knowledgeable not just about their product but also about the broader field, making them an excellent resource for addressing vulnerabilities. They assisted us in fixing security issues by giving details on the resource, explanations, and remediation steps, and we could quickly re-check a specific item to confirm it was resolved. There's nothing to dislike—it works seamlessly, offers great value, and I'm a happy user. It covers asset identification, vulnerability prioritization and remediation, and compliance with regulations.

Connecting our environments was straightforward, and we immediately got clear visibility into our platform. The support team responded quickly to any problems and even built a feature we requested to improve the Slack integration. The scopes function allowed us to efficiently organize and rank our assets, misconfigurations, and vulnerabilities. More options for handling the listed CVEs would be nice, but given their progress, I'm confident they'll add that soon. Cyscale provides continuous asset tracking and security evaluations, and despite our solid cloud knowledge, it has given us considerable reassurance.

Cyscale proves to be an outstanding asset in easing this load. Its straightforward interface and easy-to-follow setup guides for connectors let you view all compliance and security concerns on a single dashboard, with options to dig deeper when necessary. With a single click, I could pinpoint issues and resolve them using the platform's guidance and its ability to show the underlying cause. The automatically generated network diagrams are sensible and help trace problems back to their source, while the built-in KPI trends provide useful metrics for reporting to leadership. This tool has cut at least a day off my monthly routine checks; I can now see everything on one page that used to take hours to examine. I also integrated a Slack webhook to get immediate notifications on changes and compliance shifts, which works well alongside the cloud providers' alerts. The Cyscale team has been exceptional, not only assisting with tool usage but also offering best-practice remediation advice. They genuinely act as partners, taking our feedback into account to improve the experience. For anyone focused on cloud security and governance, I'd say it's essential. The only minor drawback, if you can call it that, is that all controls default to 'on,' meaning it starts with a paranoid stance. I understand the logic behind that default, but it does take some effort to deselect compliance standards and regions for your connectors. That said, Cyscale is constantly evolving, and each update makes it more user-friendly. The two primary functions I rely on are: monitoring cloud security in real-time and through regular checks, and performing root cause analysis to identify risks. It excels at both by consolidating our entire landscape on one screen, offering high-level KPIs and detailed drill-downs when needed.
