The best part about CyberSentriq is how smoothly it integrates with our existing systems and its straightforward user experience. It's a reliable platform, but occasionally performance is a bit sluggish, particularly when handling large volumes of data. I also think there's room for improvement in pricing, the onboarding process, and AI features to provide clearer value and more useful insights. Once installed, it requires minimal oversight. CyberSentriq is helping us streamline security management through its intuitive interface, good integrations, and AI-driven insights, making it easier to monitor, investigate, and respond to threats from one place. It boosts efficiency and visibility and cuts down on time spent switching between tools, though there's still potential for enhancements in performance, pricing/ROI, onboarding and support, and the depth of its AI capabilities.

Accessing resources like support and knowledge bases is straightforward. We use the console and web-based app of CyberSentriq. The real-time data feature is unmatched in its category. I haven't found any negatives; nothing seems to malfunction. I can't think of any improvements needed. I have zero complaints about the application. I wholeheartedly recommend this product! We've been able to resolve data integrity concerns for our clients. With affordable pricing, we've become more efficient in proactive data replication, and both performance and time savings have improved.

We deploy CyberSentriq to deliver cybersecurity awareness training. Importing users from Office 365 is straightforward, and selecting training modules to share is simple. This was a prerequisite for our cybersecurity insurance, and this turned out to be the most affordable and user-friendly option for our staff to complete. The course library is a bit limited. For example, when we were looking for a phishing module, it was just a 45-second video. While it satisfies the insurance requirement, it's more about meeting compliance than comprehensive training.

The dashboard is intuitive and straightforward. Reports are thorough and always available, and support is responsive when needed. Spam detection has been effective, and the cost is quite competitive. We've also had no significant downtime so far. There haven't been any major issues. Previously, we were receiving thousands of spam emails daily, which was hampering our internal and external communication. Our domain reputation was suffering as well. CyberSentriq helped solve these problems, addressing spam, malware, and even things like SPF, DKIM, and other email configuration settings.

I like how straightforward the portals are in CyberSentriq. I also value the security campaigns I can run for colleagues to test their internet safety awareness. The spam filter is very useful because it stops our employees from having to wade through hundreds of unwanted emails to find important ones. Getting started was also very easy because CyberSentriq's team guided me through everything, and it only took about 30 to 40 minutes. I have encountered a few instances where emails were spoofed and slightly altered, allowing them to bypass the filter. One notable incident was a spoofed email requesting a bank change to accounting, which was luckily caught in time. This points to an area where I think CyberSentriq could enhance its anti-spoofing measures. I utilize CyberSentriq for email and phishing protection. It helps us manage spam and phishing attempts, keeping us focused without having to go through junk mail. I value its simplicity, the spam filter, and the security campaigns that promote internet safety among coworkers.

I'd like to say it's a "set and forget" kind of deal, but I don't think that's entirely fair. I've been with CyberSentriq for nearly three years, and signing up was a breeze. The user-friendly design makes it a simple tool to use. Like most IT admins, my main concern is stopping phishing from reaching our users' inboxes, and this solution does exactly that. I also like that end users can manage their own spam settings, which adds to the overall ease. The integration with Office 365 wasn't as seamless as I'd hoped, but it does help lessen the struggle in the constant battle against spam.

The interface is very intuitive, so you don't need to read manuals or understand the app deeply. There are too many separate modules: inbound and outbound email monitoring on different platforms, and phishing on yet another one. All of these require separate logins and each has its own two-factor authentication. It would be great to have everything combined into one platform, like Fortimail which handles all aspects in a single place. Inbound spam blocking is the primary function we rely on. With Fortimail, we blocked 99.99% of spam right away, but with this product, we're seeing about 98% blocked, and occasionally some get through and need manual intervention.

The tools CyberSentriq gives us within SpamTitan have been extremely handy and straightforward to use. Support is always helpful whenever we reach out, and they resolve issues in a timely manner. I sometimes have trouble getting my users access to their own profiles, but I can handle their work from the backend to make sure everything is properly maintained. The ability within SpamTitan to easily view external emails sent to our domain is really beneficial and helps us immensely in troubleshooting communications. We can also look back to find any lost emails from the past 30 days.

I appreciate CyberSentriq's interface, especially when it comes to incoming messages. It's user-friendly and makes it simple to spot emails that have been quarantined and might need to be let through. I haven't tried other solutions, but I really like how easy it is to use, being able to allowlist senders and domains, and checking logs for history. CyberSentriq does an excellent job at recognizing emails, and I believe the algorithm is top-tier. On the downside, with SpamTitan, we've encountered some problems on the outgoing side that required us to file tickets. Certain IPs got blacklisted, so we had to switch to alternative servers that SpamTitan was using. CyberSentriq tackles the issue of spam by scoring senders accurately, and that algorithm is very effective at identifying unwanted emails.

CyberSentriq gives our small agency a single solution for handling email and web security, plus ongoing security awareness and simulated phishing exercises. The tools are simple to operate, and the educational content they offer is top-notch. Since adopting CyberSentriq, we've seen a reduction in spam and successful blocks of dangerous websites. It operates smoothly on client machines without affecting speed or workflow, and the interface is uncomplicated. If I could change one thing, it would be to have every product module accessible from a single dashboard rather than having to visit different sections. Getting up and running was straightforward because the onboarding team guides you through the setup. On the few occasions we needed assistance, support was quick to respond. Regular sessions with a customer success manager ensure the product is working as expected, and they also keep us informed about new updates and upcoming features. For a small to mid-sized business, the cost is something to budget for, but it's a justifiable part of regular operations. Right now, access to their various offerings is split across different dashboards and logins. I'd prefer a unified dashboard with one set of credentials, where we could also see stats and reports for everything in one spot. CyberSentriq has addressed several critical security needs for our agency by merging email security, web filtering, and security training into one product. It significantly cuts down on spam and phishing emails before they hit our staff and prevents access to malicious websites, thereby lowering our chance of incidents and breaches. The security awareness training and simulated phishing drills have made employees more alert, fostering a stronger security mindset across the company. From an IT standpoint, the tools are easy to manage, run efficiently without slowing down workstations, and lessen our reliance on multiple security products.
