"Cuts costs by performing vulnerability scans internally"
We can run vulnerability scans on all our public-facing web apps with a single click. My software engineers receive targeted suggestions to fix discovered vulnerabilities. I also like the dashboard feature, which lets me easily monitor progress. In-app chat would be a nice addition, but I'm being picky. We're now able to conduct regular security assessments in-house with our engineering team, avoiding the need to spend thousands on external contractors.

"Effective for scanning Magento ecommerce sites for vulnerabilities"
As is well known, Magento is highly susceptible to security flaws. My team uses Cyber Chief to scan the Magento e-commerce stores we develop for clients. This is our approach to assure customers we're committed to keeping their online stores secure; we simply share reports from Cyber Chief to demonstrate that there are no high-risk vulnerabilities in the stores we've built. I haven't yet learned how to configure authenticated scanning myself, so it would help if that were more user-friendly. We can now provide security reports to clients for every project. I find it much easier to fix vulnerabilities, and customers trust us more because they see we're proactively handling security without being asked. This likely also boosts sales.

"Cuts our dependence on the InfoSec team, an excellent vulnerability scanner for engineers"
The vulnerability test results are presented in a very clear manner. I can quickly see from the kanban board which issues need my attention or what someone else on my team is handling. We're beginning to set up CICD pipelines, and initial tests running scans via the API have matched our experience within the app. Integrations are still pending. We're eager to see the Slack integration in action. What's currently available functions well. We lacked a standardized method for our engineers to run security scans on applications. Cyber Chief provides that capability, and because the results are thorough and fixes are provided in languages we use—like Java, Python, C#—it saves a lot of time. It's great not having to depend on the security team to identify problems, which previously slowed us down and often caused frustration.

"Securing the Organization's Cybersecurity"
Cyber Chief's vulnerability scanning service employs software and tech tools to examine a website or web application for vulnerabilities and security weaknesses. It's an automated process that helps spot potential security risks and can assist organizations in enhancing their cybersecurity posture. However, it's complex, resource-heavy, and occasionally misses real vulnerabilities. Identifying vulnerabilities: The scanner can evaluate systems and networks for potential weaknesses that cybercriminals might exploit. Providing risk assessment: Once vulnerabilities are found, it offers a risk assessment to prioritize remediation. Improving security posture: By identifying and fixing weaknesses, and ensuring compliance.

"A decent security tool"
This tool offers valuable insights into your security stance. The developers were quick to respond to any UI-related tickets I submitted. The interface isn't very user-friendly and could benefit from polishing and UX enhancements. I appreciate having a unified interface for reviewing our cloud security posture. Once they add support for our final cloud vendor, I'll be quite content.

"A comprehensive security tool covering WebApp, API, and CSPM"
The finest aspect of Cyber Chief is having all testing and security covered under one platform in a single pass. Additionally, it can identify vulnerabilities even behind the login page. The entire security setup is straightforward to deploy, and the support team is always responsive. There's nothing I dislike, though having an on-premises solution would be a nice addition. When it comes to getting all my web applications and APIs launched with zero vulnerabilities, I rely solely on Cyber Chief because it helps uncover all issues behind the login as well.

Director Software Engineering
"A dependable ally in achieving a software free of vulnerabilities"
We're only beginning with Cyber Chief, yet we have a long-standing relationship with Audacix, its parent company. They employ Cyber Chief internally during their penetration testing for our systems. I'm extremely satisfied with our cooperation thus far. They've made outstanding detections of vulnerabilities on our platform, but crucially, they're always around to talk about remedies while considering our business constraints. The quality is top-notch, especially when compared to other pentesting services we utilize. We communicate effectively. Introducing Cyber Chief into the mix, I immediately see a huge advantage: the capability to capture all our endpoints accessed by users and bots via their traffic scanning. This is incredibly valuable information for securing a big platform. If we can reach the 40% of vulnerabilities they mention from their pentest report through Cyber Chief, that's another gain. It brings us closer to our ultimate objective of being always vulnerability-free. At this stage, I can't point to anything specific because we've used it only briefly, but they certainly have features to add: 1. Continuous vulnerability scanning rather than one pentest per quarter. 2. Detecting all our endpoints that might be potential attack targets.
