"Platform That's Simple to Use"
It's an easy-to-use platform with quick and helpful support. Some common event items like confidence monitors, drop-down screens, and step-and-repeat banners aren't in the catalogue. Keeping options simple and accessible for all events is great. Thanks for adding the table assignment feature!

"Great Tool with Many Options!"
I like how easy it is to find plans—any venue you think of, you'll have a plan to use. Everything is clear, user-friendly, and easy to work with. Implementation with clients was smooth because it looks so polished! It can be time-consuming for large groups, and table assignments get repetitive quickly. We're used to making Excel lists for table assignments, so doing it directly on the floor plan is fantastic. It's clearer and far more professional.

"User-Friendly but Time-Consuming"
I appreciate the drag-and-drop functionality, making it easy to place tables, chairs, and other items on a floorplan. It's reassuring that diagrams are to scale. Adding many tables at once is easy with the group drop feature. The support team is fantastic and listens to feedback. When we started, they set up multiple calls to walk us through features and updates, and they're available for quick questions. You can save a floorplan as a template for future events, which was very useful for a hotel with small meetings and weddings. However, for simple diagrams, it's often easier to copy and paste in other programs. Sharing with 'social' clients can be tricky—they may not understand the tool or make changes without telling you. Although to scale, it sometimes ignores service space or unique room features. Also, even with the exact number of chairs, it's hard to see how many are at each table without counting. The main problem it solved was ensuring every furniture piece fits within the space by customizing sizes, making the floorplan as accurate as possible.

"Simple, Dynamic Tool"
The software is straightforward to operate. Typically, I open a floor plan and use saved layouts to quickly place tables and chairs. The object tool is handy since we rent chairs and tables of various sizes, and I often need to adjust specs to fit the space. I wish more rental catalogs were integrated—current ones aren't helpful or up to date. Heavy object diagrams can cause the browser to freeze. The biggest win has been communication; paper drawings are inefficient for sharing, aren't to scale, and require revisions with every change. This electronic tool has saved me hours of communication and collaboration. I'm excited about the Cvent integration, though I haven't tried it yet.

"Review of the Diagramming Process"
The diagrams have many uses and are helpful for various events. I haven't had the chance to use the program, so there's nothing I dislike. It would replace my handwritten, hand-drawn diagrams.

"Missing Key Features, Especially File Organization and Diagram Title Customization"
None particularly, but the button also lacks table and chair selections. The CRM is excellent, as my boss says, but the diagramming part is missing many crucial features. For example, you can't modify the title of a diagram—I don't need event time and date, but that's forced. I contacted customer service, and they said it's impossible to remove, which is disappointing. Also, when printing floor plans, the footer with event names sometimes doesn't show up, intermittently. There's no way to organize files by template, and templates are stored in a separate folder. The history function should be more streamlined to keep everything organized. There are many missing features, but since it's tied to the CRM, we renewed; otherwise, we'd have switched to another solution.

"Smooth Layout and Teamwork with Cvent"
The live collaboration and user-friendly drag-and-drop make planning much simpler and more productive. Thanks to its ease of use and compatibility with other Cvent products, event coordination is enhanced. Teams can work together in real time, cutting down on errors and improving communication. The mobile version can be sluggish, and there's a learning curve for newcomers, especially with advanced functions. This tool solves the problem of creating accurate event layouts while enabling smooth collaboration among planners, venues, and clients. Seeing seating and floor plans in real time reduces misunderstandings and last-minute changes. It has streamlined my planning process, boosted efficiency, and improved coordination with everyone involved.

"Love It, But It Can Drag"
I can instantly see if our group fits in a space and explore other alternatives. The best aspect is that hotels can log in and make adjustments, so we collaborate as a team—very useful! However, the system often freezes or runs sluggishly, forcing me to step away and return later. I'd also like to place multiple items at once instead of just copying and pasting. We get a preview of the meeting room and can coordinate with the hotel to ensure everything is covered.

"Efficient Visual Planning with Minor Hurdles"
Cvent Event Diagramming cuts down on admin work for our events considerably. I appreciate how it manages both pre- and post-event tasks, especially the pre-event setup. Its visualization capabilities lead to a far better setup process, which is essential. The check-in and badge features for on-site use are excellent and very efficient, boosting the attendee experience. What really distinguishes this tool is its all-in-one nature, removing the need for multiple manual integrations we had with prior software, making planning far more streamlined. The exhibitor portal's language management is a weak point—each event defaults to terms like 'booth' instead of 'stand', requiring manual changes, which is tedious. Also, the initial learning curve was steep, making setup challenging, though it got easier over time. Overall, it reduces admin, improves setup with visualization, and handles check-ins and badges efficiently, all in one integrated package.

"Perfect Diagram Tool for Event Pros"
This tool is straightforward to use, offers precise layouts, and includes drag-and-drop functionality. Clients can access the software to view setups and make their own adjustments. However, default settings occasionally revert to generic chair types that may not match yours, throwing off the scale slightly. My written BEO instructions are clearly translated into visuals, eliminating setup mistakes and saving significant time.
