It's very user-friendly, with seamless integrations and smooth implementation. Support is excellent and highly recommended, though sometimes it takes longer to develop new integrations. Misconfigurations and vulnerabilities across all our SaaS applications that attackers could exploit are addressed. It also helps with compliance and regulatory requirements, and rectifies ineffective security rules.

Adaptive Shield lets me see checks I normally wouldn't be able to without constantly working in those SaaS apps. I get security awareness and remediation steps for each check. The interface is easy to navigate and visually appealing with different color schemes. My bi-weekly meetings with my customer success manager are also very helpful, and I learn something new each time. It's a great way to track our security checks and new features. The user interface, particularly the security checks tab, has room for improvement. It feels cluttered with too many filters on one screen, which is a bit overwhelming. I'd suggest hover drop-downs or other solutions that don't require extra clicks but still reduce clutter. Also, being able to view security checks through the integrations tab would make sense. Often, I just want to see checks for one integration, but I have to go through all security checks and filter for that single app. Additionally, please allow us to remove certain columns in the security checks that take up too much screen space, so we can focus on other relevant filters (e.g., hide security domain to see 'Created By'). It's solving vulnerability checks within IAM and other visibility problems we've had in our SaaS apps. Inactive users, privileged roles, and other misconfigured policies are now being brought to our attention.

The ease of use, extensive features, simple implementation, and ability to add integrations quickly are standout aspects. The frequent insights and action items it generates are also valuable. Initially, onboarding various team members to use the solution can be challenging, but over time, the excellent visibility it provides delivers hard evidence that convinces and proves its worth. It offers visibility and monitoring of cloud solutions, improving the organization's overall security posture.

Although the list of integrations for SaaS platforms is impressively large, it doesn't cover all our applications. For those gaps, we still resort to manual assessments, which are less effective. However, Adaptive Shield adds new integrations at a good pace, so I expect that gap to narrow over time. Before Adaptive Shield, assessing our security posture across our SaaS landscape required scheduling sessions with each platform's admin to review configurations and recommend changes. As far as I'm aware, there are integrations still being developed. It would be beneficial to have more refined role-based access controls for different team members; currently, views can be either excessively broad or overly restrictive depending on the role.
