"Expert Console Assistance Makes Tasks Simple"
The representatives were well-versed in the Coro console and clearly knew how to navigate it. Their guides were highly useful, walking me through various tasks. However, scheduling a Teams meeting often requires multiple steps and some effort to get help. Also, the ticket closure timeline can feel pressured even when the issue isn't fully resolved. They provide clear instructions on using the console, along with practical guides for managing devices and users. It also covers deploying policies, tightening endpoint security, and enhancing overall data governance.

"No-Fuss Cybersecurity with Outstanding Protection"
I appreciate that Coro Cybersecurity is simple to install, maintain, and review. It manages basic security functions without requiring much hand-holding or complications, which I really like. Since I don't access it daily, the interface can occasionally be a bit confusing, but I don't view that as a drawback—certainly not a deal-breaker. Sometimes it just takes me longer to navigate around. I use Coro to secure our Office 365 access and handle antivirus and anti-malware threats. It blocks foreign login attempts and catches phishing attacks, leaving me very satisfied.

"Efficient Security with Some Product Gaps"
I rely on Coro Cybersecurity for end-user protection, covering everything from advanced desktop antivirus to encryption and email security. I value the ability to deploy solutions to all users at once, which is a significant benefit. Initial setup of general protections was also straightforward, ensuring a smooth transition for my team. However, the spam training/email security training is currently UK-focused, so my USA users see emails with Pounds and Metric units, which makes it less convincing. I use Coro for end-user security, including desktop A/V, encryption, and email security. It helps end users report suspicious emails, allowing me to safeguard everyone from malicious messages.

"Ideal for Small IT Teams Managing Google Workspace Security"
The main challenge Coro solved is providing a high-quality security tool that fits a small IT team. We lack the time and resources to dedicate hours daily to cybersecurity, but Coro saves us time without compromising on quality. Coro continuously improves, making our ticket review process even more efficient. The biggest issue Coro addressed is offering a reliable security solution for our small team, enabling us to save time without sacrificing effectiveness.

"All-in-One Cybersecurity Made Simpler Than Ever"
I find Coro Cybersecurity easy to grasp and appreciate that it consolidates multiple security functions into one dashboard. Deployment is also straightforward, and we were up and running quickly—that's a major advantage for us. One of our clients even replaced several separate products with Coro, demonstrating its efficiency. Many filters are controlled globally, and it would be beneficial to adjust some filters individually. For instance, we'd like to whitelist certain addresses in identity detection without necessarily whitelisting them in the spam filter. Coro shields against identity spoofing, is user-friendly, and offers a range of security features in one place. It's also simple to deploy and configure.

"Perfect Upgrade from an Old MSP to a Solo IT Department"
Coro Cybersecurity has consolidated our various platforms into a single, manageable hub. It's highly intuitive, offering the option to review every issue manually or let Coro's automation assist. This has given me greater control and visibility into our network. The implementation steps were clearly laid out; the only hiccup I encountered was missing a step, but Coro was quick to help me identify and correct it. As a Microsoft 365 business, the integration was seamless. Initially, I received daily tickets about issues, but as problems were resolved over time, the maintenance required decreased significantly. The only downsides are that I still have to manage a couple of other vendors—one for our firewall and one for server backups—though that's not Coro's fault since those aren't part of their security suite. Coro empowers us to have more internal control over our systems rather than depending on an external vendor for every change.

"Super Easy Setup and Rapid, Significant Gains with Coro"
Setting up Coro was a breeze, and it offers straightforward ways to achieve meaningful improvements quickly. Linking it to my Microsoft 365 tenant was just a few clicks. I also appreciate how the ticketing system groups related items, enabling me to resolve multiple tasks at once. Some features overlap with what Microsoft already provides, like Permitted Locations, but Microsoft's implementation isn't as user-friendly. The only enhancement I'd suggest is letting users view the complete log of scanned emails and how their statuses were determined. Coro blocks more phishing and spam than our previous system, and the antivirus is simple to deploy and maintain. In contrast, our old antivirus had numerous issues that took hours to fix.

"User-Friendly Security with Exceptional Support and Fast Setup"
I'm really impressed with Coro Cybersecurity for its user-friendliness and the expertise of its staff. The interface is intuitive and straightforward, and I appreciate that it can handle simple security tasks that often automate themselves. The team is knowledgeable about the latest security trends and can quickly configure the app to meet my needs. Moreover, the pricing is reasonable, and the security is top-notch. Initial setup was incredibly fast—just 3-5 minutes for the cloud connection and roughly 5 minutes to deploy antivirus to each PC or server after removing old software. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. I'd like to see more integrations for cloud applications, such as progress sharefile. Coro resolves endpoint security and data governance issues, ensuring our email database stays compliant and secure. It scans cloud apps and monitors traffic for compliance, providing a robust security solution.

"One Platform Covers Everything for Easy MSP Onboarding"
Being an MSP, I appreciate that a single solution covers EDR, VPN, Zero Trust, Email Security, Data Governance, and more. This simplifies bringing on new clients. It would be great to have a direct phone line for support; while Coro does return calls promptly when you submit a ticket and request a callback, a phone number would be handy for urgent issues. However, I understand that using email for triage likely helps keep costs down. With one tool, I can deploy a full suite of solutions and manage everything from a single dashboard.

"Coro Delivers a Top-Notch Managed EDR Solution"
The platform is incredibly straightforward, letting you configure it once and forget about it. It sends proactive email notifications, and if you'd rather, their team can handle actions on your behalf. What really stands out is the Customer Success team—you're assigned a dedicated contact who helps with implementation and can also assist your end users with setup if you want a hands-on approach or lack a large IT department. We've been extremely happy with Madi Fittanto, who consistently goes above and beyond. While it's not the kind of system that costs thousands annually, it offers exceptional value and fulfills our cybersecurity insurance compliance needs perfectly. The only drawback is its simplicity (which is its best feature). Support engineers provide comprehensive logs and hardware details like MAC addresses. Coro ensures we have a fully managed EDR, keeping us in line with our insurance policy requirements. It runs 24/7, so our small tech team doesn't have to monitor it constantly, allowing us to focus on more strategic projects.
