The support team is always ready to resolve any issues, whether it's placing pixels or obtaining Facebook access...Connect is proactive in finding solutions.

I enjoy the range of audiences available for clients. Email support responses are quick and appreciated. However, creating an audience takes a significant amount of time. It would be beneficial if Connect automatically generated professional reports with data and analysis a week or two after deployment. Additionally, the order management system could be more intuitive. Overall, I use it to send emails to targeted audiences.
