Snapshot data, automatic refreshing, formula fill-down, easy implementation, robust CRM data pulls including cross-object. I haven't hit any issues or limitations yet. Coefficient has been a solid addition to our reporting stack. We pull HubSpot data into Sheets to build views that HubSpot doesn't natively support. It gives us flexibility to manipulate data, combine datasets, and structure reports as needed. Snapshot data makes pipeline, forecasting, and deal slippage reporting easier. It's especially useful for custom analyses and executive summaries that are hard to do in HubSpot alone. If you're comfortable with Sheets and need more control over HubSpot data, Coefficient is a great choice.

Coefficient has helped us grasp our data better and present it to people outside our team. It makes it easier to scan and use data daily for things like inventory, client updates, and hitting benchmarks. Coefficient does everything we need. It consolidates information, helps us review and track client progress, and keeps us prepared for updates.

Setting up was fairly straightforward, and I liked getting live NetSuite data into Google Sheets without hassle. The auto-update feature works well, and queries return quickly. Pricing is within our budget, and support has been helpful. The UI in Google Sheets can be a bit slow sometimes, but performance has improved and doesn't detract much. We pull NetSuite data into Sheets to automate financial reporting and analytics.

The platform makes uploading files from various sources straightforward. I like how easy it is to find a file by name and set up regular updates, daily or weekly. The notifications about updates and failures are helpful, showing which files need attention and when they were last updated. I'd like more frequency options, like monthly schedules. Having to reconnect to major platforms like NetSuite every seven days is a hassle for automation, requiring frequent maintenance. Also, importing NetSuite reports would be better if it were simpler—right now only Saved Searches can be pulled. Overall, Coefficient saves me a ton of time since I no longer have to manually pull and dump saved searches; it does it automatically based on my settings.

I really like how simple it is to consolidate data from multiple tools into one place for reporting and dashboards. I wish the pricing structure were different, especially for AI dashboarding. Sometimes imports error out without a clear reason, which is frustrating. Having visibility into data from multiple sources is a game changer—if you've tried to report on leads, contacts, and campaigns in Salesforce, you know what I mean.

I love being able to set up automatic dashboards by pulling data from Jira, Salesforce, and MySQL via Coefficient. It saves me a ton of time and is very easy to use. Data loads quickly and runs on its own after initial setup. Pricing is reasonable for the time it saves. Support is excellent—once, an agent went above and beyond to fix my issue. I can't really find anything to dislike; it does what I need. It would be nice to use it with Postman too. Before, I was manually gathering data from various sources and compiling it. Now I just plug in a data source, and it pulls everything automatically on a customizable schedule.

The scheduled refresh feature is the best part for me. Once connected, data stays current on its own, and I trust it to flag any issues. It's surprisingly easy to use yet still powerful. I mainly use Coefficient with Google Sheets, which is where it excels. While HubSpot has good native reporting, there are times when Sheets or Excel are better for complex calculations, layered logic, or custom analysis. Coefficient bridges that gap effortlessly, without fragile exports or workarounds. I really have no major complaints. Pricing is noticeable but fair for what it offers, and it's easy to justify given the time and risk saved. I also value how transparent it is—if a refresh fails or a connection needs attention, I know right away. No more worrying about silent breakage, which is crucial for operational reporting. Previously, we had to manually export and import data, adding steps and risk and slowing down analysis. Coefficient removes that friction entirely. I use it to proactively monitor data quality, looking for issues like incorrect license dates, misaligned pipelines, or data-entry errors. Catching these early saves time, prevents downstream problems, and reduces operational and revenue risk. While we could do this natively in HubSpot, the derivative calculations and checks are often easier in Sheets with Coefficient. I also track key metrics like ARR, NRR, churn, and performance indicators in Sheets, where I can iterate quickly and test assumptions. It's become essential for validating data and supporting decisions across Renewals, Expansion, and Revenue Operations.

Coefficient lets us run database queries right in Google Sheets, making it easy to build pivot tables and charts. Daily imports are a breeze, and their support team responds quickly and ensures issues are fully resolved before closing tickets. I'd like the ability for admins to transfer ownership of import jobs without contacting support. Also, adding alerts on query outputs (like if row count drops or last update is stale) would be great. We use it for custom analytics, pulling Snowflake data into Sheets, and now we can easily customize our dashboards.

Setting up the connection is straightforward, but many of my scheduled refreshes aren't running as often as I set them. For instance, I open a file that should refresh daily and find it's several days stale; manually refreshing lingers and sometimes fails. I've built many coefficients lately, but some seem to have lost their oomph. I also get emails prompting me to redo or refresh all my coefficients due to updates on your end. I don't want to keep doing that. I used to love that it was a 'set and forget' solution, but now I'm not sure if it's a Google or Coefficient issue. Sometimes when I need to push a Salesforce report to Sheets, the row limit (around 50-60K) is too restrictive for our large data sets. On a lighter note, I love the free blue T-shirt you sent—can you send me another? I like repping the brand. The tool is meant to enable latest calculations and refreshes of Salesforce reports for our sales, ops, and executive teams' dashboards.

Coefficient is straightforward to use and set up, which cuts down on time our team spends pulling reports. We no longer need to manually download anything since data comes in automatically. The initial setup was quick—just add it to Google Sheets and link it to Salesforce, and we were pulling data right away. Daily refresh of Salesforce reports in Sheets is a big help, especially when we feed that into Looker Studio. The only drawback is that we can't use it in Microsoft tools like Excel or OneDrive, which would be useful. Overall, it streamlines our workflow by eliminating manual exports and enabling near real-time dashboards, saving us time and being easy to manage.
