I'd recommend CloudCheckr for analyzing detailed cloud usage and best practices. If you have multiple accounts, it simplifies everything—no need to log into each one for a detailed review. We manage several clients and find it easy to use. It helps track security and best practices across accounts. The visualization graphs are helpful for understanding utilization. You can monitor Reserved Instances and their expiration dates, EC2, RDS, and Memcached utilization, monthly AWS spending, and assess best practices and vulnerabilities.
