"Top-notch event software"

I went to a tech event that used Canapii for their mobile app. Most events use Cvent or custom apps, which are usually bad. Canapii gave me the best networking experience I've had – their meeting system is best-in-class, and I booked tons of meetings with clients and prospects. People actually responded, attended, and engaged. The app had calendar integration, email invites, and reminder notifications. I was very engaged. It'd be cool to have an interactive floorplan linked to my agenda, showing exactly where meetings and sessions are. Otherwise, I was happy. I attend many industry events yearly, and downloading different apps is annoying when trying to find simple info like transportation, agenda, who's attending, exhibitors, etc. With Canapii, I could register, see all logistics, attendee list, book meetings, and add sessions to my calendar. I chatted with other attendees before arriving, which made my time more valuable.

The platform does everything you need and more, with standout customer service. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Issues are resolved quickly, making everything stress-free. The only issue was campaign credits, but that was fixed fast. Canapii allows a custom email address for invitations and campaigns. Previously, our guests had unsubscribed from our old software's address, so they weren't receiving emails.

It centralizes event attendance and engagement in an easy-to-use, visually appealing platform. It's just another app on the phone. Nothing else. Since the agenda is online, it saves paper, which I love. As a large organization, the event facilitated networking and real-time announcements.

First, the staff were very knowledgeable in explaining the app's features to meet conference participants' needs. Second, Canapii is user-friendly; even non-tech-savvy participants used it easily. It doesn't require much internet bandwidth, so those in low-bandwidth areas could use it comfortably. The onsite support was invaluable as many participants installed the app on site. Canapii has evolved impressively (this is my second time recommending it, and the progress is refreshing). Not a dislike, but a suggestion: improve the display of uploaded photos and add a comment section for participants to flag photos that violate community guidelines. For the Forum, Canapii was our main communication tool; the program was on the platform, and participants could curate sessions and network. Interestingly, ad hoc meetings were scheduled to continue conversations, and the meeting feature is excellent for fostering connections beyond traditional settings.

I love the many ways Canapii lets me communicate with attendees. Direct chat, mandatory sessions, and instant notifications are super helpful for large groups on-site. Badge printing is a fantastic feature, and I like that it's sustainable. However, I don't like that the call feature isn't available on mobile, so we sometimes use WhatsApp or Teams, which is less convenient. Canapii centralizes everything, solving group management and engagement. It's a complete platform for sharing content, registrations, flights, sponsors, event design, and more, tailored to our needs. Coordinating and connecting is so much easier and efficient!

Initially, we hosted an event for just 20 people, which was free and let us get familiar with the system. We quickly learned how video calls and meeting functions work. After seeing its capabilities, we invested in a larger event. We were fortunate that Canapii has Spanish-speaking staff, especially Dana, who made setup smooth and ensured everything was correct. Update May 2025 (also as 'Guest User'): I've used Canapii in other events too, and the UI and simplicity really enhance the experience for everyone. The app is intuitive, clean, and full of features. The networking and meeting capabilities are better than any other event app I've tried. For our Spanish event, the translation worked flawlessly, but picking the right time zone was tricky due to European format. I'd suggest the system automatically detect the user's region and propose the appropriate time zone. Another suggestion: Canapii could offer design services, as many companies lack designers for banners/icons. At my recent event with colleagues, we needed a tool to bring attendees together since some couldn't attend in person.

It was great to have an app/website with all the info for my sorority's weekend of national convention events. The calendar and agenda sections were handy. I also liked the gallery where members could share videos and pictures from the weekend. What I didn't like was that it would randomly crash while I was using it. Also, uploading several pictures at once only allowed one captions for all, which was annoying. Having Canapii as the central hub was nice. It helped me check the daily agenda, locations, and times quickly.

It's extremely informative. We get all the newest updates without needing to wait for emails or ask anyone. A key point is that you must check the Canapii app regularly since updates happen often. Information is very accessible, and I check it frequently. The info provided is easy to put into practice. Everything is well integrated—meetings, agenda, and each participant's personal schedule are all connected seamlessly. I haven't faced any issues so far. However, customer support could be improved. From registering for events to finishing them, it covers tickets, accommodation, agenda, special programs, one-on-one meetings, and speaker introductions so attendees can pick which sessions to attend.

I really like how straightforward it is to set up the conference timetable and how attendees can build their own itinerary ahead of the event. Additionally, the customer support and the pricing are excellent. Unfortunately, there's a feature in the Chat that lets you message all attendees at once, but doing so exposes everyone's contact details. This has made us disable the chat function, which is a downside. We can still share the event schedule, the hotel layout, and sponsor locations.
