The team is highly professional, responsive, and solutions-oriented. I've really enjoyed my online sessions with Simon – professional yet absolutely enjoyable to chat with and learn from. BrandMail solves the challenge of managing and pulling signatures across both Mac and PC, while ensuring the brand signature, look, and feel of communications to end clients is consistent and professional. This saves us time, reduces errors, and maintains a polished, cohesive brand experience.

I love the design, the interface, the simplicity, and the client support is unmatched compared to any other provider I've worked with. Nothing comes to mind. I can't wait to work on more projects with them. BrandMail is replacing a very old and cumbersome email signature management platform that allowed users to deviate from brand standards and limited the types of graphics and designs we could have in signatures.

We've been using Brandmail for three months now and are very happy with the support we received during implementation. It's great that we can update employee details through the platform, and we appreciate the customizations the team made for us. Our emails look beautiful and are now consistent with company branding guidelines. The setup process for the look and feel takes time to refine, and some IT knowledge is needed if you don't have an IT department to help. We previously used centralized email signatures on Microsoft, which required significant technical knowledge to maintain, and users couldn't see their signatures when sending emails. Now that's resolved – no more duplicate names or greeting lines, and our design looks fantastic!

It lets us maintain consistent branding across the whole organization without relying on individual users, and we can roll out updates instantly. The seamless Outlook integration and the ability to include marketing banners add further value. I can't think of any downsides – it's been reliable, easy to manage, and consistently met our expectations. BrandMail solves the problem of inconsistent email signatures and branding. It lets us centrally manage and standardize signatures for all users, eliminating manual updates and reducing errors. This ensures every email looks professional and aligned with our brand, while also saving time and improving efficiency.

The email signature includes a direct link to the company website, which is great for customers wanting to learn more about our products and services. The signature looks professional and isn't affected by individual email settings. You need to consider your company's internal processes for software purchases and uploads, as these can make the process cumbersome if not planned upfront for a smooth experience. BrandMail has helped increase our visibility, exposure, and ongoing recognition for our users who received Recognition Awards.

The team is made up of enthusiastic, knowledgeable professionals who excel in customer support, with great follow-up calls and reminders (like Ms. Bronwyn Saks 😁) to ensure we understand the BrandMail product and its many features. Nothing at the moment – I've been using it for over 12 months. BrandMail helps our customers and future clients easily access linked company information through the BrandMail Banner feature, and it makes finding the company much simpler.

The platform’s simplicity in managing users and signatures, along with the tools it provides, makes our communications (both internal and external) more valuable. I don't think this is specifically a Brand Quantum issue, but our systems and integrations are quite complex (maybe unnecessarily so sometimes). We've faced complications after implementation, and it hasn't helped that we're in the middle of transitioning our internal IT team – the people who are crucial for supporting and fixing these issues. At times, there seems to be a disconnect when we explain that we have a problem we can't solve, and BQ says they don't see any issues, attributing it to our systems, and leaving it at that. However, overall, their customer service and willingness to help have been excellent. We had two main problems: (1) employees not complying with creating custom job titles and alternative email designs, and (2) limitations on using email signatures for business development. BrandMail helped us centralize signatures for a consistent brand presence and uniform company look across all communications, and provided tools to attach documents, images, assets, links, etc., all from the toolbar, enabling us to act as better brand ambassadors to those we connect with.

What I appreciated most about Brandmail was its email templates. They made my work much simpler, especially when sending many emails with the same content, by keeping me efficient and consistent. The font options were also a plus – we could use styles other than what we had before. We used to struggle with inconsistent email templates, but now everyone can easily adopt the same standardized format, leading to more consistent and professional communication while saving time when drafting emails.

After working more closely with the BrandQuantum team, I’ve come to appreciate both the platform and the people even more. The platform’s innovation, ease of use, and adaptability across various business functions continue to impress me. The recent enhancements have made brand management, message consistency, and user adoption significantly smoother within our organization.
