While Braindate was a superb addition to our event, there were a few areas for improvement. The Cvent integration felt somewhat clunky—scheduling or canceling Braindates confused some attendees. Also, the branding options were limited, like offering only two font colors for social post templates. It helps forge meaningful connections between attendees who might not meet by chance or who are more introverted.

Given that initial favorable impression, I'd rate it 10 out of 10 and would definitely recommend it to others. There are no downsides I can mention.
