I like that we can see everything our customers do within the webinar. The auto-mute feature is handy. I appreciate that once we set up a webinar properly, our team can run it without us needing to be present. It automates a lot, like emails and handouts. I don't have to do as much on the producer side compared to our previous platform. Once configured, it's easy to use! We use the product monthly, sometimes just three webinars, other months many more. Our Customer Success Manager, Aaron, is always quick to respond and assist! He's been fantastic throughout our entire time with BigMarker. I can email him and get fast responses. We love fast service and having a dedicated person rather than a support team. The integration was fairly easy—though a lot of work initially, now it's much simpler for us. The hardest part is handling all the settings. Their team guides you through it, but it's tough to know what features are available or what to ask for. The challenge is that we want webinars to work in a specific way that they don't, so we've found workarounds. I guess we have an unusual use case. For example, I wish I could create a series and add a webinar every Friday at 10am for a date range, just entering titles. Instead, I have to create each webinar individually. Not a big deal, but it would be nice. It's helping us reach more customers than ever before!

In extensive use, I haven't found anything I dislike. It allows us to host and produce high-quality digital events for clients, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free.

I find it very user-friendly, especially for Project Managers like me. Juggling many clients means I regularly need to check their webinar statuses, and I'm glad this platform makes it so straightforward. Customer support responds quickly, which is a huge plus. Occasionally, the platform has glitches and offers limited customization, which can be a disadvantage for clients, particularly luxury brands that often want more tailored solutions. I hope BigMarker addresses these issues soon to appeal to a wider range of clients. It helps us connect with client leads, which in turn supports their sales efforts.

It's a complete solution for webinar marketing. I like having the ability to create landing pages, send automated emails, and host webinars all in one place. It does take some getting used to, but once you're familiar, it's very beneficial. The email limit of 10,000 per day is reasonable. Not having to switch between different platforms for promoting and hosting webinars saves a lot of time, money, and effort.

The browser-based interface is a big plus. Not needing attendees to download anything is flexible, though learning the platform can be a bit challenging due to the overwhelming number of settings. Overall, it's excellent for generating leads for clients.

The Salesforce integration for tracking data and metrics has been invaluable in demonstrating the value of our educational programs through the metrics we pull from BigMarker into Salesforce.

Having distinct audio and video tracks for each presenter or source would greatly enhance editing flexibility. We offer webinar hosting and promotion to a broad client base, so a platform that is both dependable and strong, as well as flexible and customizable, is crucial. BigMarker has proven to be an excellent ally for us.
