Azion's BotManager has been exceptional in managing cyber threats. The reduced latency via Edge and optimized performance are significant benefits for our users. Another strong point is the attractive cost, an important factor in our decision. Azion Functions stands out as a strategic component, allowing code customization to improve speed, resilience, and security, providing a superior end-user experience. Technical support is exemplary, always ready to help with specialized knowledge, especially important for my 24-hour support work. Integrations with JavaScript and TypeScript have worked perfectly, facilitating the creation of Azion functions to regulate business rules and security at the edge. I have no issues with Azion. Azion solves processing and support issues, improves stability, and saves costs. The edge computing platform reduces latency, improves speed, resilience, and security of applications, benefiting end-users.

I really appreciate how simple it is to deploy Azion, making it easy to start without complications thanks to clear guidance from the deployment team. I also value the technical support, which helps resolve questions quickly. The platform gives our portals a strong security layer, ensuring safer publications. The performance and low latency of Azion's edge network are tremendously valuable, improving efficiency and user experience. Features like coverage of known web threats, request analysis, and 'learning' and 'blocking' modes are incredibly effective for comprehensive defense. Edge blocking and image caching further optimize performance and security. The overall robustness in security and performance is a main reason I'd choose Azion again. However, Azion needs dashboards that make logs easier to understand. Currently, data is in raw log format, which makes it hard for my security team to grasp the blocks. They spend hours mining 'Learning' logs to apply blocks. We also need a management dashboard to show main invasion attempts to managers. I use Azion to protect our portals against web threats with various operation modes and enhanced performance, resulting in more secure publications.

We've been using Azion as edge protection for a few months, and it has proven to be very comprehensive in features, robust in resilience, and above all, very secure. The operational team is highly competent and qualified, while the commercial team operates ethically and transparently. Overall, I find the product complete, losing nothing to international competitors. Congratulations to everyone on the excellent work. One point that's not exactly negative but worth noting is Azion's WAF. It's quite comprehensive, and if best practices for secure development (like OWASP Top 10) aren't followed, those flaws become evident. So it's essential to develop applications with security in mind and then invest time in calibrating the WAF to avoid disabling rules unnecessarily. Azion protects our web applications against various attacks and also acts as a CDN.

The console is straightforward and lets you configure edge security and additional DNS layers to deploy web applications with high availability and protection against attacks, which is critical for e-commerce. It also offers S3-compatible storage that works with any modern application, aiding scalability. In our case, we handle a large number of class contents for clients to store when creating lectures. There is a learning curve, especially if you're not familiar with web security. The solution helps with storage via S3 Object Storage and enhances security using its DNS to provide edge security and DDoS protection, among other features.

Previously, we often dealt with attack attempts, suspicious traffic, and request spikes that affected performance and availability. With Azion's security solutions like WAF and intelligent traffic control, we can now automatically detect and block malicious access, significantly reducing attack risks and server load.

I've been using Azion for at least five years, and I consider it one of the best CDN and WAF solutions I've come across, especially compared to the more well-known options. It's easy to use, set up, and integrate with just a few clicks, and we rely on it daily. I have no complaints—everything is running smoothly. Since moving from Akamai to Azion, we've achieved significant cost savings while keeping the same level of security and performance. We've been with Azion for about three years, and so far, there are no negatives to mention; the experience has been very positive. Azion has been crucial in delivering high-performance content through its CDN and strengthening our asset security, protecting against attacks and ensuring service stability and availability.
