I appreciate that they are continuously adding features to make it the go-to platform for provisioning and deploying services across all three clouds we use, following the MCNA. The support staff is generally very helpful, though there are exceptions. In daily use, some areas are not fully updated or consistent across the three major CSPs, which has exposed some limitations. Lately, there's a concern about the gap between what we can see in front-end UI logs and errors versus what their engineers see in the backend. This needs improvement because lack of detailed information hampers troubleshooting. I recommend trying their free training, webinars, and sandbox. Cost allocation and spreading costs accurately in an organization is crucial. I like that they are expanding CostIQ and billing features to address that.

The products and training are good, and pre-sales service is okay. However, they could improve their implementation services for cloud policies and monitoring.

It's ideal for enterprise cloud customers with many assets. A promising cloud-based solution that enhances security and performance. It helps detect and mitigate issues that cause major outages, improving efficiency and cost management. The advanced automation makes tasks easy for users. However, integrating with public cloud platforms like GCP posed migration issues. Lack of well-structured documentation sometimes wastes time. Expecting more use cases for easy enablement. Pricing varies compared to alternatives. It helps alleviate outage worries with proactive notifications. The GUI is user-friendly, making it easy to adapt. Updates are timely and well communicated. Feature requests are processed without long delays. Backend application performance improved with automated remediation. Critical applications can run even during updates.

Aviatrix facilitates smooth communication between different cloud providers. It routes data efficiently, acting like a smart coordinator. This can lead to better operational efficiency and cost savings. However, for those new to cloud networking, Aviatrix might be a bit overwhelming. It takes time and effort to learn all its features, which could be challenging for beginners. This might make planning and management somewhat difficult. In my role as an Assistant Programmer at the National Data Center, Bangladesh Computer Council, Aviatrix is simplifying cloud networking, improving data security, enhancing cloud communication, aiding troubleshooting, and supporting future scalability.

What stands out most to me is how Aviatrix makes complex multi-cloud networking much easier. Before, our team had trouble with VPC peering and route management across different clouds. Aviatrix gave us a single control plane, so we could manage everything from one dashboard. The UI is clean and intuitive—even an average engineer on our team got the hang of it quickly. One thing that could be better is the initial learning curve. Although the documentation is thorough, it can be too theoretical. More hands-on tutorials, like step-by-step videos or interactive labs, would be great for newcomers. Also, the pricing isn't very friendly for small teams or startups; a more flexible pricing model would help. At Applligent Technology Pvt Ltd, we use Aviatrix to handle a complex multi-cloud environment with AWS and Azure. Previously, our small DevOps team depended on native tools like Transit Gateway and Azure VPN, but we had limited visibility and found it tough to keep security policies consistent across platforms.
