The customer service is the highlight—you guys are incredibly fast and fix my issues directly, which is fantastic. Sometimes it's tricky to find where everything is, so I usually use the chat for help. Basically, RUSS from Shopify helped me and absolutely nailed it by not only resolving the issue with sending review requests but also suggesting I use the QR code for in-store customers, since I do table readings, and he mentioned the QR code would allow for seamless reviews.

The Joy Subscription support and development team did a fantastic job in helping us fix an issue with static product descriptions that had caused our products to be flagged in Google Merchant Center. Avada brought our customer retention and operational automation efforts together in one platform. For us at Fulcrum, efficiency and scalable systems are key.
