I appreciate how quickly it responds to any threat or incident flagged on our network or related to user accounts. Without these tools, we wouldn't be notified promptly and might not react in time to prevent escalation. Sometimes there's excessive noise, and the issues you want to prioritize can be buried in it. However, that's not necessarily bad, as you want your managed risk solution to be vigilant. It alerts us to unusual activity on user accounts, and it provides peace of mind that if an endpoint is compromised, it will be quickly isolated from the network, preventing the threat from spreading.

Arctic Wolf equips my team and me with the necessary tools, sensors, and early warning systems to proactively manage all data traversing our network and endpoints. As a result, any potential security alerts are triaged and/or escalated by their Concierge/SOC teams to ensure our business is protected around the clock, seven days a week. The implementation and onboarding were seamless, with experts guiding us through each step and ensuring optimal configuration for our environment. Not exactly a dislike, but it took a few days to acclimate to the volume of data and to figure out which dashboard screens to review. Fortunately, AW's team assisted us during our regular onboarding meetings. Having the full suite of tools and a SOC available to monitor our systems 24/7 is invaluable.

Previously, I would lie in bed worrying if Kevin from Accounting was clicking on sketchy links again. Now I sleep soundly because Arctic Wolf has eyes everywhere. Their MDR team is like the Navy SEALs of cybersecurity—quiet, effective, and slightly intimidating in a good way. I receive alerts faster than Slack messages, which is quite impressive. But the true standout is the Risk Dashboard; I check it more frequently than my bank account. It highlights vulnerabilities like a brutally honest friend who points out spinach in your teeth—only here it's security holes. Each day I log in, it's like: 'Hey, you might want to fix that before it becomes a big problem.' Thank you, Arctic Wolf. I didn't need hobbies anyway, just safer endpoints. In short, if cybersecurity were a video game, Arctic Wolf would be the overpowered character. 10/10, I'd let them watch over my digital kingdom again. I'm just nitpicking, but I'd like more sorting options on the Risk Dashboard. Also, sometimes the volume of alerts is overwhelming, but that's typical in IT security. However, it's configurable, and AW support can suppress alerts you know are harmless. They can scan endpoints, servers, Azure, and network traffic—truly covering all fronts.

Arctic Wolf's ability to get a comprehensive view of my environment helps me achieve awareness I might otherwise miss. I also really appreciate the Concierge Security Team that collaborates with me to inspect my environment and identify and close gaps. Honestly, I haven't encountered any downsides. The only possible issue is that we have a version of Mimecast that isn't integratable, but I think that's more Mimecast's problem than Arctic Wolf's. The biggest value Arctic Wolf delivers is consolidating all data into one place and correlating it to give us a comprehensive picture of what's happening in our environment. Additionally, the CST continuously provides value in enhancing our overall security posture.

Arctic Wolf has effectively multiplied our impact for my small security team. We lack the staffing and coverage that AW offers, and we've combined several tools into their platform. It's been incredibly beneficial for us. I can't think of any complaints. Overall, they've been extremely responsive and helpful, providing round-the-clock visibility and security event investigations, vulnerability scanning, and acting as our overall security service provider.

It's connected to data sources that are pertinent to our organization's overall security. I've had some difficulty getting in touch with them for my account reviews. It monitors our network and reports any suspicious activity.

The redesigned Arctic Wolf interface is highly intuitive and presents useful data at a glance. We weren't anticipating the UI change, and it took some time to adapt. We rely on Arctic Wolf for identifying vulnerabilities and tracking their remediation.

They keep our systems protected and notify us if they detect anything unusual. At this point, there isn't anything negative I can think of. Cybersecurity is a priority for us, and having a 24/7 monitoring service gives us confidence.

It's an MSP solution that eliminates the need for me to handle monitoring, configuration, and setup myself. They already have parsers built for most logs, saving me from having to create them, and their dedicated monitoring team allows me to focus on other responsibilities. However, if I need custom configurations, it's quite challenging because I'm not able to build custom items to accommodate specific company requirements, and I lose full control over log parsing when I connect systems that aren't fully supported yet. Given our small team, it addresses the problem of having only one SOC person to monitor and respond to incidents.

What stands out most to me is the quality of the people, even more than the outstanding service itself. They are the core of the product and the customer experience. Everyone is approachable, responsive, and always available, unlike some vendors. Another significant advantage is the continuous evolution of the product and service; it never remains static. Every day brings new features, enhancements, or progress. The incorporation of AI to support our in-house SOC is incredibly useful, providing analysts with valuable insights from the collected data. The available integrations for comprehensive coverage also offer reassurance. We constantly hear from leadership and application owners about how much easier they sleep knowing that Arctic Wolf is vigilantly monitoring around the clock. The user interface has seen tremendous improvements over the past year, moving toward a unified dashboard for teams. These improvements, combined with the portal's ease of use, have been highly beneficial. Overall, the product meets our performance expectations, and it's straightforward to demonstrate ROI to our leadership. I have no complaints about Arctic Wolf. Whenever we encountered challenges, the entire team, from executives to front-line staff, was involved and eager to assist. We frequently had impromptu calls with AW leadership to ensure our issues were resolved and lessons were recorded. The only downside is that many new features come with additional costs. When you invest heavily in an MSSP, it's disheartening when new features that seem like they should be included in the initial bundle are released at an extra price. As more à la carte items are excluded from the package, it makes us consider seeking a comprehensive all-in-one solution. The primary problem they solve is allowing teams to rest easy, knowing there's coverage outside business hours. Another crucial benefit is that it serves as a central repository for logs and alerts, enabling team members to prioritize high-impact tasks and support the local team efficiently.
