The interface for designing is straightforward and uploading images is simple, but these tools give a false sense of simplicity. The preview that customers must approve can turn out to be completely different from what actually gets printed. Consequently, the mailed postcards may not resemble the approved proof at all. In my situation, the final postcards looked quite unprofessional. Their support amounts to a generic email saying they won't own up to their manufacturing mistake. After a decade with this company, they've lost my business due to this substandard product, lack of responsibility, and terrible support. (If they respond with excuses about color variation, I'm ready to show anyone the proof alongside the final result. In ten years, I've never seen such indifference to fixing an issue.) They've added to the problems instead of solving them. The postcards they delivered look absurd.
