It's a nice platform that's easy to navigate; I haven't encountered any bugs, and I'm very happy with the team. Two things really stood out. First, and most importantly, the support team was with me every step of the way. Led by Mayank, they were committed, highly knowledgeable, and always quick to answer my questions. We have weekly meetings that are very efficient—usually wrapping up in 5 to 10 minutes. Definitely the kind of meetings I enjoy. Second, the platform is genuinely user-friendly. I always knew where I was and what was next, so nothing felt like a black box. One suggestion (not a downside, since support handled it manually for me) would be that in the second year, it would be useful to easily view the same evidence from the first year with recommendations, as that would serve as a great reminder for the current year's tasks. Going through SOC 2 Type 2 seemed like it would consume months and my sanity. Instead, I found a smooth experience from start to finish. Akitra turned this dreaded process into something manageable.
