We've been on the lookout for a central repository for all our clients' data. This is the solution! It handles everything we need, from planning to invoicing. We couldn't find any other product that does it all; it's not flawless, but it's fantastic! My only complaint so far is the steep learning curve, but after some assistance from the company, we were up and running. It's the only one on the market that does the job. It has eliminated the need for physical paperwork.

I love the checklist feature, seeing my clients' progress, and the beautiful design! The timeline is great too – easy to use, format, and print. I also like the budget feature, although I don't use it frequently. The notes feature is fantastic, and I use it every wedding for processional and packing lists. However, I wish there were a way to integrate leads with a contact form like HoneyBook does. I'd also like to stay signed in automatically. It would be helpful to custom-number guests. And I'd love to see integration with All Seated for table layouts, as well as Zola or The Knot. Overall, Aisle Planner has transformed my business from beginner to professional and given me a better work-life balance! It automates tasks, offers more to clients without extra time, and provides clear instructions.

I often find it challenging to get help with certain tasks, like printing specific information from the planner in a clean format. Usually, this issue arises mainly with the layout plan. What I appreciate most about Aisle Planner: 1) It provides a comprehensive overview and storage for all key details about an upcoming wedding (schedule, floor plans, and budget). 2) Since it's cloud-based, you can manage weddings anywhere globally and access information from any computer (hello, Mexico!). 3) For newcomers or assistants (like me!), this tool helps you learn what to track and some industry insights. 4) On the event day, the client file's stored information is valuable, and we can share it with vendors who weren't heavily involved, ensuring they arrive with all necessary knowledge. I don't have many complaints about Aisle Planner, but here are some improvement suggestions: 1) More integrations with apps or websites used by brides themselves (like Zola). 2) It takes time to become familiar with the planner – maybe some YouTube tutorials would help? 3) Better lead management! It's decent now, but we still use our own contact forms in addition. Aisle Planner has allowed us to keep our wedding clients (80-90% of our business) in a dedicated place with all their essential info. Besides being a regular CRM, it offers specialized features any wedding pro would love; creating timelines is much easier with Aisle Planner, for instance.

The best feature is that on the big day, you can open your computer and have all the essential information readily available. My least favorite aspect is that the planner requires some time to get used to, and new team members always need time to adapt. Particularly the floor plan section, which could be more user-friendly, making it easier for our team. Aisle Planner has helped us stay organized with all our clients, boosting our capacity to take on more clients, which has positively impacted our revenue.

You can also store all your contracts and vendor agreements in one location, making it much simpler on the wedding day since you can print them all. There's little to criticize about Aisle Planner, but I do wish their floor plan / layout tool were improved. It's not immediately intuitive, requiring considerable effort to learn both how to use it and how to use it effectively. I also wish it integrated with Zola, my preferred wedding website for couples. That would enhance convenience and usability further. The main advantage I've experienced with Aisle Planner is the ability to collaborate with other vendors and organizers without the hassle of searching through Google Drive and emails that get lost. Additionally, the planner offers a straightforward way to keep all contracts online in one place, so on the event day, you can print them or have them in the cloud for reference when showing vendors or other parties in case of disputes.

There's a detailed checklist, the ability to add your own tasks and assign tasks to others on your team, a design area, budget management, layout planning, notes, contacts, and more. The program keeps every detail organized and eliminates the need to search through email threads for information. It also offers a client management system, workflow, and invoicing/payment features, which I don't utilize since I rely on another service for our catering business. The website builder is extremely basic. Enhancing it with an integrated RSVP tool linked to guest list management would be fantastic, so you wouldn't need to use another platform for client websites. Handling all the intricacies of event planning can be challenging, but Aisle Planner really assists in detailing and categorizing these aspects, boosting efficiency and time management.
