"Boosts Student Engagement with Interactive Features"
I love how interactive AhaSlides is and how it engages students, making it easier to ensure they're paying attention during class. Students especially enjoy the quizzes and the competitive element, like seeing who's on the leaderboard; they have a great time competing. Additionally, I really enjoy using the wheel feature for selecting student names, and the new idea board is a great feature that has helped with classes. The ability to connect AhaSlides with PowerPoint is fantastic, as it makes it easier to integrate slides without toggling back and forth. The setup is very easy, not just for me but also for the students to access the slides. There are a couple of features I'm not really using, but I can't think of which ones specifically. I haven't really used the Word Cloud feature or the brainstorming feature. AhaSlides helps me identify student challenges by displaying questions during class. It engages students in interactive learning, ensuring focus and participation through quizzes.
"Effortless Engagement, But Participant Cap Holds It Back"
I like AhaSlides for its simplicity. It's so simple to use, and students can easily join and respond to questions using different methods. They can scan a QR code or use an audience link I share, and they're good to go. This ease of joining makes it straightforward for my students to interact in real time. It's really convenient for both me and my students. However, there's a limit of 50 participants who can interact before you're required to upgrade to the premium version. I wish they'd increase the participant limit, especially for collaboration. I use AhaSlides to collaborate with my students, allowing real-time interaction and responses. It solves the issue of students copying questions by enabling direct responses via tablets. The simplicity and easy QR code access make it straightforward for students to join and interact.

"Intuitive and Quick Connection to Google Slides"
I love the integration of AhaSlides with Google, since it can be easily linked to Google Slides. This is especially useful because in my company only Google tools are allowed. Additionally, using AhaSlides is very intuitive—I didn't need to check any manual or video; I just kept clicking and linking the information, which makes generating presentations very fast. The initial setup was extremely simple. When asking questions, the menu for writing answers is very small, and I can't see all the content; it also doesn't alert for spelling errors. I also don't like that characters are limited for questions; for example, if you set a challenge to solve a case, there's too little text to describe the situation. The edit menu requires too many clicks to edit; it should just be a click on the question to go directly to edit. It's also tiring to configure each question; there should be an option to duplicate the format. AhaSlides connects learning with a game, keeping the team's attention and morale high. Its easy integration with Google lets you create exercises in no time.
"Intuitive, Fast, and Great for Interactive Presentations—Especially on Mobile"
The most useful part for me is that on mobile I can see the answers, so I don't have to keep looking up at the big screen during presentations. It's very intuitive and easy to navigate, even for first-time users. Creating quizzes or presentations is straightforward, and the interface feels clean and modern. The platform also works well with common tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides, making it convenient to fit into existing workflows. I've had a generally smooth experience overall. The app responds quickly, and participants can join and interact without noticeable delays. AhaSlides offers good value, especially if you frequently run presentations, workshops, or events needing audience engagement. Getting started is simple thanks to helpful templates and clear guidance within the app. I also really recommend using the AI functionality—it creates amazing things. Overall, it's a great tool for making presentations more interactive and engaging, especially in group settings or events. Sometimes the option to add GIFs, images, or shapes doesn't work properly. Also, there aren't many font options available. It's really helpful to be able to run a quiz during team integration, even when we only have mobile devices available.

"Wish I'd Discovered Aha Sooner: Simple, Interactive Slides with Endless Ways to Engage"
I really like how easy it is to use and how interactive the slides are. There are countless possibilities, and they've added more engagement and humor into conversations, which is fantastic because it keeps the energy in the room high! I've integrated polls, word clouds, and reactions with ease and can import other slides easily. The customer service is very responsive, which I appreciate because other services I use have been hard to reach. The price is great, and I'll keep recommending it to fellow speakers and workshop facilitators. The only downside is the QR code to scan; it can be small for people in the back of the room. I've printed QR codes on table tents and encourage people to sign in on their way in; there are great workarounds. Also, if the internet is slow or unavailable, the slides won't work. I have to check with the room host about internet availability for larger workshops to avoid hogging the bandwidth. Overall, not a huge issue, just something to be aware of for in-person events. I mainly facilitate in-person events where attendees come during their workday. By encouraging participation on their devices, I notice people are more engaged and less likely to check computers or work devices during our session. It adds another point of engagement, which is great for the audience.
"AhaSlides Revolutionized My University Teaching Experience"
As a university professor in medical therapeutics, AhaSlides has completely changed how I run my practical classes, turning them into genuinely participatory environments. What I appreciate most is its ability to shift from traditional instruction to constant student interaction: I use real-time clinical quizzes to discuss treatment decisions and surveys to explore different diagnostic approaches. The interface is simple and intuitive, letting me quickly create activities using templates and direct editing, saving me significant time each week. Its integration with tools I already use, like PowerPoint and Zoom, makes it easy to adapt existing presentations without starting from scratch, which greatly simplifies my teaching. Another key value is obtaining immediate, data-driven feedback. During class, I can see student responses in real time, allowing me to adjust explanations on the spot and dive deeper into difficult topics. It also provides a final consolidated report of responses by student, complete with grade reports. The AI functions help me generate questions more efficiently and later analyze participation and comprehension levels. This not only boosts interest and motivation but also strengthens clinical reasoning and encourages active learning. Performance-wise, the page loads quickly and file management is predictable and user-friendly. Regarding price, the teacher option is affordable and allows me to customize the logo on each slide. I've contacted support a few times, and they usually give advance notice of maintenance. Overall, AhaSlides has become a key tool for making my classes more dynamic, engaging, and effective, with a very positive impact on the educational experience. However, I'd like the text and figures inserted in AhaSlides slides to have effects like PowerPoint; that sometimes limits me. Also, PowerPoint integration should be available on the iPad version, as it's often used for teaching. The system can measure active student participation and generate reports, making grading by participation much easier.

"Reliable Solution for Interactive Presentations at Last"
It's interactive, and the interface supports embedding websites so participants can engage with web elements in real time. It integrates well with PowerPoint, though having too many AhaSlides slides in one show can slow things down. Pricing is fair, especially with a .edu plan. I generally steer clear of the AI features. Support is responsive, and the community is helpful. The interface occasionally feels clunky—when importing PowerPoint slides, you have to manually disable AI content enhancement each time, and rearranging slides is more cumbersome than cut and paste. Reliable interactive presentations—this platform has never failed me, unlike many competitors. PollEverywhere is particularly an industry-standard nightmare that performs poorly even when optimized, and using AhaSlides highlights how unreliable PE is.
"Quick and Intuitive AI Tool Perfect for Live Interactive Quizzes"
It's straightforward to use, responds quickly, and offers interactivity. The AI features are helpful, and it's excellent for live quizzes. The Pro version is useful but not yet within my budget. AhaSlides addresses the challenge of making live quizzes and presentations interactive without needing multiple tools. Previously, I'd require separate systems for slides, collecting answers, scoring, and keeping the audience engaged. AhaSlides consolidates all that into one platform. It's a benefit because I can run quiz nights with less administrative work and significantly less stress. Participants can join via their phones, answer in real time, and view the leaderboard, making it more exciting and competitive. It also lets me concentrate on hosting and entertaining rather than worrying about scoring or technicalities. Overall, it saves time, increases audience engagement, and gives events a more professional and fun feel.
"User-Friendly Interface with Fun Interactive Elements"
The interactive components like answer submissions, polls, and a spinning wheel are fantastic and add excitement. The interface is decent, though if you're used to PowerPoint it might take a bit to adjust, but it becomes intuitive fairly quickly. I've encountered no performance issues during presentations. The PowerPoint integration could be smoother, but as a free user, I suspect the paid version might handle it better. The AI isn't bad, but it's not something I rely on for my specific tasks. The importing from PowerPoint doesn't work as I hoped—it appears as a blank screen with black text, ignoring my pictures and backgrounds, and I can't transfer that into AhaSlides' background, so I usually end up starting over with an Aha template. I'm really into engaging presentations, and the wheel, polls, and quizzes for live sessions are excellent.
"Versatile Quiz Tool That's Easy to Navigate and Offers Generous Free Tier"
The platform provides a wide range of quiz options and operates smoothly with decent speed. While the free version comes with limitations, it still outperforms other comparable tools I've tried by offering more features. Since it's web-based, it works across all devices. You can also incorporate PowerPoint files and images. The recently added AI tools streamline the process, making it quicker and more efficient, which is a big plus. My only real complaint is the restrictions on the free plan, but I understand the need to generate revenue to sustain the service and offer a free tier for some users. Given the value it provides, paying for it seems justified—after all, the developers deserve compensation. I particularly like having both PowerPoint and quizzes on a single platform, eliminating the need to switch between multiple sites. Plus, there are numerous free features available.
