The support department is very customer-friendly and helpful. The program is powerful, requiring you to go through many steps, but I no longer worry about registrations and payments.

I appreciate the features, particularly the insights. However, it's hard to share them with the team and fully understand them, mostly due to challenges in communication between departments.

We've had positive cooperation over the first 1.5 years, especially after a rocky initial go-live. Bug fixes are fast, support response times are good, communication about new features has improved, and our requirements have been incorporated into platform enhancements. The API endpoint creation for automation using participant data is easy. The initial go-live had some bugs, but that's typical when integrating with existing systems; some issues only appear in production and many change requests arise when most users start using it, not in beta. Participant management is straightforward with many features that work as expected and cover most of our event needs.

For our 10th anniversary, we needed help sending invitations and managing registrations and cancellations. The system displays everything clearly, so you always know the status. You can brand the event completely and create your own webpage. On the day, guests check in with a QR code and get a badge printed instantly. Excellent! The only downside was that I was supposed to get a pre-event call but it didn't happen; I had to call myself, which caused some stress. It was due to a scheduling mix-up, but they resolved it promptly and everything went fine. Handing off registration management to them was a relief, freeing up my time and giving me peace of mind.

The features (registration site and on-site check-in with badge printing) significantly help in gaining and keeping satisfied customers. Support is excellent—quick, friendly, knowledgeable, with a good knowledge base. Highly recommended for event organizers. There's a slight learning curve when building the event website, but great docs and support make it manageable. Our customers were very pleased. Previously, on-site check-in and badges were poorly rated; with aanmelder.nl's module, customers were unanimously satisfied, leading to a successful event and improved internal efficiency since badges were printed on-site.

One of the best things about Aanmelder.nl is its flexibility—you can customize event pages to match your brand and needs. The customer support is also great, quickly resolving any questions. However, the pricing might be high for smaller events, and some advanced features have a learning curve. Overall, it's a powerful tool for streamlining event registration, beneficial for both organizers and attendees. The platform simplifies registration by allowing custom forms, saving time and ensuring accurate data.

The event website is extremely clear, containing everything from the program to speakers. You can also embed a Google link for location directions, and it's nice to upload an Excel sheet with invitees. It may seem intimidating at first—I've never built a website—but it's quite easy with the provided templates. As a first-time user, I plan to use it again. The back-end 'programme builder' gives a nice side-by-side view of parallel sessions, but on the public site, sessions appear stacked vertically unless you create tracks, which is extra work and still not as neat. Also, having a bilingual site (Dutch and English) was problematic because there's no good auto-translation; I had to fill everything in Dutch first, then switch settings to English, and sometimes translations ended up on the wrong pages. It might be a minor glitch since it's new, but it caused extra effort. Registration for my event is now much easier: attendees receive an automatic email with their selected sessions and extras like lunch or drinks. The system also prevents duplicate registrations by recognizing email addresses and informs users they've already registered, though they can still modify their registration.

Depending on the package, the software walks you through each step via a clear dashboard, leading to professional event management, even on-site. The support is friendly and the engineers are enjoyable to collaborate with. However, the new pricing calculation for services is less transparent than before. On-demand badge printing and real-time access to registration data are great features.

The system is user-friendly and quite flexible, covering all event requirements. The auto-save feature after each change is extremely convenient, providing immediate previews without slowing down the process. The various methods to review registrations are also beneficial. The support team was exceptionally helpful, spending time to address all my questions during onboarding. There wasn't really anything I disliked, but I would suggest a few improvements: offering a simpler version of the abstract form similar to the registration form without needing to create a duplicate event, preventing formatting from Word when copying text, and enabling screen-sharing during support calls. Overall, it provides an online event platform that our organization couldn't otherwise offer in such an organized way.
